We stayed here because it was supposed to be great; the spa facilities didn’t even open until 2:30pm. The towels were cheap. There was very little in the way of shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. We got a junior suite which was pretty expensive but all it did was give us a large bath (which was quite nice). We had the absolute worst massage in the history of massages… it was truly terrible. The restaurant was absolutely amazing! And the staff were all very nice and very responsive. It’s right down the street from a Michelin star restaurant…. And almost nothing else. If I’m being honest, we would have changed our reservation and gone somewhere else if it would’ve saved us money (it would not have in this case because we didn’t change the reservation in time and therefore would’ve been charged for another night) because this place wasn’t worth the money. It’s not a good location. You have to Uber everywhere. It was great having AC in the room though! Just not worth the price.

Nice hotel But the personal is not very qualified Nobody in the SPA when kids shouting and I had to interfere with a lady that in order to get some rest put a 2 ,3 and 4 years old in the sauna at 85grades. For the receptionist was normal… I am wondering about her qualifications

The Atrium was a pleasant surprise! Spacious, arty and luxurious. Staff was very good and accommodating! Big choice on breakfast, food of excellent quality! Highly recommend!!

I stayed at the Apartments and great value for the price I paid.

The room was the largest I have ever stayed. The bathroom was very nice with a shower and a separate tub. The room was great. I would stay at this place in a heartbeat. Very efficient staff and very helpful. The only drawback was that the cocktails were VERY expensive. Two drinks were $40.

This is absolutely a 5 star hotel. The room was beautiful, the amenities such as spa and pool were excellent. The hotel was modern and eco friendly. They even emailed me about a plug i left. Excellent Hotel.

Lovely property, good amenities. If booking in hot weather, ask for room on lower floors where ac is not as needed. Upper floor stifling hot but cooled off at night.

Lovely hotel annexe we stayed in and so glad we picked that as wedding taking place in main hotel and seemed to be in all communal areas, Sûre it was noisy at night too, the annexe was a street away but very clean with good services in room, good to have a reasonable priced fridge assortment available.

今回3人旅行だったので、本宿泊先に決定した最優先ポイントはベッドアコモデーションでした。Expediaからの予約確認書上ではKing bed,Queens Bed各1台で非常に期待していたにも関わらず、実際はQueen size1台のみで別に付属ベッドが必要であることが判明。ホテルに猛抗議したが、ホテル側は元来2名用の部屋でありExpedia確認書の内容が誤っているとの説明あり、そのまま宿泊する以外にありませんでした。よって、今回の貴社の予約確認書記載内容の誤りは非常に罪深く極めて不満！

Great hotel! Super friendly staff & check-in, enjoyed a wonderful superior suite - nice & spacious, sweet amenities like the coffee maker / water kettle / toaster (fridge, of course), but most of all it was designed & decorated with taste, and the bed was super super comfy!! Modern bathroom as well. Could have stayed much longer and make it my personal retreat ;-). Breakfast was really plentiful (& healthy options) as well, I also enjoyed the sauna and a beautiful little dish in the restaurant (or 'lounge' the other day, but a very nice one!). Staff is very professional & service oriented (not that common in Germany, I find), so overall really good. Just that it's in a bit of an industrial looking area, however, the 'village' center is 5 minutes away, and it's real close to everything: Autobahn, downtown Mainz, other restaurants & shops. Total recommendation!

The layout of the room was uncomfortable because the shower was exposed to the bedroom where our son slept on a rollaway bed. The biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning even though this was promised at check-in.

Its the third year we are staying at this hotel and then the third time.We all the time choose this hotel because of its location, its easy to find, its in a quiet area but also for the safe and free parking places.We all the time stay in one of their apartments which are located something like 200 meters from the hotel, in another street and it has its own private parking.The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable as usual. There was free and fast Wi-Fi, a minibar, TV with international channels, a DVD player, a nice balcony with outdoor furniture and view to the fields, air conditioning, a large bathroom, a Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules but also a kettle with free tea.Our sleeping was very good.In the main building, there is a Spa with different types of saunas and a swimming pool which is perfect to relax after a long day spent on the motorways.The restaurant is very good and the breakfast was perfect for us. There are several buffet tables with a large choice of fresh and quality food.I really recommend this hotel, especially the apartment if you dont mind to walk. We will definitely come back next year!
