Despite the hotel being under construction, the staff at the Bentley was top-notch. From check-in to check-out and everything in between the hotel gave us everything we needed. The location is perfect if you're looking for a combination of Partying and the Beach. 5/5 and will be back!

So, I've been staying at this hotel for so long over the years, I couldn't even tell you, maybe 25-30 years. I haven't stayed here for probably 5 yrs. Hotel under Renovation, I'm fine with that, I've been in commercial construction for 40 years however it looks like the reno is being done by people that were homeless on the corner. There is so safety precautions being taken, and the quality of what's being done is embarrassing. there was no maid service, came back to an unmade room after dinner, no towel changes, no nothing, out of soap, etc.! walked through a construction site with no caution tape, plastic on the floors (Slippery) Elevator buttons not marked properly and lobby smelled like mildew even with 2 air scrubbers going. Best is they have staff that "No Hablo!!" But that's a whole other issue. LOL

Hotel was in renovation …. Construction during day time …. No lobby in entrance, room reserved was a 2 bedrooms. On arrival, they informed us the room had “issues” and gave us a room with one bedroom saying it was an upgrade cause it’s a penthouse…but with only one room.. Entrance door was cancel for one afternoon, had to get in from the service door on the back….

The staff was extremely welcoming, the location wonderful and the room was perfect. The weather wasn’t good enough to use the rooftop pool and deck but it was very nice and the view amazing. The building seems to be under some renovation and I look forward to seeing it completed!

it was terrible no wifi till last day we had to move room because leak in ceiling i have never paid that much for such a horrible hotel the inside is dirty leaks all over .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, from moment we arrived. We had driven there from St. Petersburg to escape, hurricane Milton, and the staff was very warm and welcoming when they heard that we had driven 10 hours to get there. Our one bedroom suite was well appointed and it had a nice small kitchen. That was very helpful. we were located right across the street from Miami Beach and had a lovely view. Everyone we encountered there was friendly and professional, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The $35 daily resort fee was relatively high considering the few amenities—a lovely rooftop pool, continental breakfast and nightly champagne hour—and the $45 daily valet parking seemed high as well. Both charges are probably about standard for the area, however. The property is under renovation at the moment, but it was not too bothersome. Resolve should be quite lovely. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Bentley - perfect location, we borrowed their bikes every day to ride up and down the beach. Cesar and Juan were lovely and attentive and it felt very homely. Rooms were spotless and the beds were big and comfy. The little balcony was also a plus.

We stayed four days three nights we love the property. It was clean and quiet. The staff was super nice. Especially the guy from the third shift. They always help us with all our questions.They have chairs and beach towels. For breakfast they had croissants, Some muffins, Granola bars, coffee, orange juice and some fruit. The Breakfast it wasn’t omg but At least to start your morning, it was OK.

William and Ceasar are very accommodating and friendly The young man that is by the door downstairs was also very nice. We love staying here!! This was our second time here and we will be returning in the future!!

I love this place.

I don’t know where to start, so I will just share jot notes on why this hotel should be deemed 2 stars, at best. - Under construction; no gym, restaurant, or proper lobby - Basic pool with no towel service - Guests must carry their own camper beach chairs to the beach (unlike other hotels with beachside chairs) - Loud noise on the 5th floor every 2 minutes (needed earplugs to sleep) - Front desk staff unhelpful, often didn’t follow through on requests - Champagne hour: plastic flutes wrapped in plastic, bottle just sitting out (not an event, more self-serve) - Lobby was a narrow, unserviced pathway - Makeshift alternative lobby on the 1st floor is inconvenient (slow elevator, feels like a bedroom) - Rooms were basic, noise disrupted the experience - Not suitable for work: no desks, and Wi-Fi was unreliable - Only positive was it was in a good location

The rooms didn’t look at all loke the pictures. Also, the balcony view was facing the inside middle of the building all and you saw was dust and construction. Not good.

Everything you need is within walking distance!

Amazing stay, hotel is conveniently near the beach and on the strip. Thanks will definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

While the property was undergoing renovations, it was clear that the staff was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate and make us feel absolutely welcome and comfortable. Staff gets a 15/10. Penthouse suite 10/10. Rooms were clean. Areas under renovation, as you can imagine were a bit messier.

Although the Expedia app shows that there is parking available, this is not correct. There is no parking. You have to pay for valet parking or in the private garage.

The staff were great & hotel room was nice & clean. Overall property was very old with construction going on and sounds from elevator. Definitely nice though, and would book again.

They booked me in room where they were doing construction right underneath me… then the water was off…. ceiling was leaking where you enter inside the hotel… rooftop floor wasn’t leveled right

Centrally located to the south Beach and the surrounding area. Easily walkable to shopping restaurants, and the best that South Beach has to offer when you’re there be sure to access the complementary bicycles, they make getting around a breeze was attentive, the room was large and clean and Modern. Highly recommend.
