Lovely room but lots of construction on the bldg.

Great location. No bar or restaurant on site. Rooms clean.

The Sofabed should be renewed. We had ants in the room. But all other things have been nearly perfect.

First time me and my family together to Florida… This hotel was a hidden gem… we went everyday to the beach, evening walks, one day off to The Keys, and another day on date night walk to Carbone Restaurant, another night met with my girlfriend off to Mango’s. It was the best choice for the price. And they went out of their way to accommodate Us when we need to have a late check out! So hands Off! My husband love it, my kids love it. And I love Miami. We came from California ✈️

The property advertised online and in the listing is not the property we stayed at! The property advertised for 510 ocean drive was their sister hotel which is much nicer!

Misleading information about parking lookout room at check in loud noise in room the hold time from service elevator parking price 50 a day didn't tell balcony room 504 no sleep loud guess til 500am

It is the perfect little hotel. Great location, Great Service. Couldn’t have been any happier. Love the style of my room, the security at the front door, and the amenities. The pool and extremely comfy lounge chairs were relaxing. Bentley Hotel is highly recommend.

Property location is amazing in the heart of South Beach and the staff is awesome. William and Cesar were excellent. The property is right across from the beach. The hotel is a little outdated. My only real complaint is that there is only 1 elevator and it took 5-10 minutes every time we needed to use it.

Roof Top Pool

My family and I reserved two rooms to this hotel but my son tested positive for Covid so we canceled our reservation as a courtesy to the hotel and it’s guests. The manager William is a very dishonest and verbally combative individual. He offered a credit voucher for partial amount of our reservation and when I questioned why he wouldn’t give me a refund due to the circumstances and because I would have no use for a credit voucher he said that Expedia would not allow a refund but that I could call Expedia and if they approved the refund that he would honor it. I called Expedia and they said that it was up to the hotel so they contacted William and he denied the refund after verbally telling me that he would refund. I thought there must have been a misunderstanding since William stated that he would refund so I called him back and long story short I was given the run around before finally getting in touch with William one last time and he was very rude ( he clearly has an insecurity of being uneducated or maybe he has been called crazy because he continuously stated that he was not crazy and uneducated over and over throughout our conversation.) but again said that he would refund if Expedia called him so once again I had Expedia call him and he denied the refund a second time. He obviously had zero intention of refunding my money. I hope this review helps you understand what type of person is running this establishment and maybe reconsider when booking here.

This is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. I would say 3 star at best. They left the roof top pool speakers on all night playing rap music. The night receptionist Jonathan could not figure out how to turn it off. Not to mention Jonathan has a poor attitude and the wrong personality to be providing service to guests at a "4 star" hotel or 3,2 or 1 for that matter. Middle exterior corridor looks very run down. It is central to South Beach, but or the money, I highly recommend you stay elsewhere. If you are looking for a good nights rest, this is NOT THE PLACE. Jonathan needs customer service training!

On the basis that customer experience equals perception minus expectation this property creates its own issues. Unless you pay a fortune for a balcony (even though you’ve paid extra for a balcony) don’t expect a view of anything more than a wall (you are not told you don’t get a view by the way) Lots of renovation happening too. Rooms are nice but the overall experience is let down by the expectation driven by the hotel’s overly egged representation. Breakfast is a joke you will not want to attend.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel was really nice, clean, great staff. We had the beach, shops, restaurants all right there. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

I love the ambiance

It was a much older property advertised as a newer place. So it's really just an old motel with some makeup applied.

Ceasar and the entire staff is one of the best in Miami if not all the hotels I have stayed at in the world.

Nice and clean room,excellent service and location ,beautiful view of the beach .The only minus - you should carry your own chair to the beach ,will be nice if hotel will take care of it and will have chairs available on the beach .
