Owner is really kind and welcoming. The place is really clean.

The staff were amazing, the room was perfect, it was quite. If I had to pick a negative, the only thing I could say is it would have been nice if the TV was wall mounted. It was at the foot of the bed and my big feet got in the way :) Definitely will stay there again. Our stay was was great! highly recommend Tay Inn! Thank you!

Older motel but kept clean and comfortable. Service was friendly. Close enough to downtown and beside the Perth brewery. We would stay again.

Perth Tay Inn is our go-to for a good night’s sleep stopover. In Perth. Clean and bery quiet desipte being right at Highway 7. A gem.

Tay Inn was exactly what we were looking for as we moved our son from Ottawa to Toronto. Nice big parking lot to park the UHaul truck! The owner was so wonderful and even called us 20 minutes after we left to let us know that I left my kindle in the room. Thank you so much!! Room was a decent size, fridge, coffee maker and microwave came in handy. Nice to have two chairs outside to enjoy our coffee in the morning. Right beside Perth Brewery which has some really nice beers (try the ginger beer!). Would stay here again.

This is a great property that has exceptional value for the money

It does the job for the night. It’s super clean and the people are super nice. If you’re a light sleeper a train might wake you up tho. But it’s not constant so it’s okay. Anywho good experience:)

It is an old property, and it has been nicely renovated. The people operating it are very pleasant. Had a good night's rest, comfortable. Recommended for a night or two.

Alright for a small town motel

This is a very well-maintained property at an excellent location. Lots of dining options nearby with a 24/7 Tim Hortons. The rooms are extremely clean, beds are comfortable and very good water pressure for shower and faucets. Mini fridge really works, and has a freezer rack. All appliances were in good working condition. We have stayed at a lot of 3-star and 4-star hotels and rooms here are better than all of them. Proprietors are friendly people but not overbearing. We'd love to stay here when we visit Perth!

Clean and friendly

Late arrival - checked in without a problem. Very quiet. Right on Highway 7 in Perth. 5 minute drive to hospital. Perfect for my install and training in the morning.
