I had an issue with bugs in my room upon arrival, but the Front Desk had someone come to spray the room. The Bistro that is in the hotel, was rather expensive.

When I arrived at the hotel around 11:50 PM, the receptionist informed me that they will not have any water from 9 am until about 3 PM the next day. It was already late, and I couldn't find any other options. I requested a partial refund. However, the manager declined my request.

This hotel is worth the extra money. It is kept very clean. You feel very safe. The staff were all excellent.

We had two exceptional employee interactions - one was the person who checked us in (if you can look that up - she was absolutely delightful our entire stay) and also the young man that ran the food/bar area in the evening - - another really stellar employee who clearly loves working with people. They both are a credit to your place!

This property was amazing! My only take-away is that breakfast options weren't as they seemed, but after further research Courtyard's don't typically have a buffet or grab & go breakfast included. The breakfast I purchased though was delicious and the team was so kind. To the new girl who began today, 7/13/24, welcome to the hospitality field and you're going to do amazing!

My oldest adult son, my husband and I were there. The room very comfortable. The pillows and mattress are better than other places. Excellent cleaning, parking access. everything is close . Restaurant very good service. I will definitely come back and stay again. The additional very comfortable sofa bed has pillows and a blanket. Super air conditioning.

Everything in my stay went smooth.
The only complain I have was that the wifi never worked. I asked multiple people at the front desk and they seem to have "helped me" but the reality wss that through out my whole stay I did not have wifi.

It is a beautiful facility. Very clean. The staff was very kind. The only complaint I have is the pillows were very lumpy. Made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. The bed itself was very comfortable. We would definitely definitely stay again. I would just bring my own pillow. Lol.

Bed is not comfortable at all and a/c turn on and off all night i want a balcony room the reason why i reserved this hotel and they gave me first floor bad choice.

From checking in with Anthony to the stay itself, this hotel was perfect. The room with balcony was terrific, with tons of amenities and space. Parking was plentiful the hotel is only 1 minute from the highway.
Will certainly be back.

Staff seems unexperienced and apparently needs more service training (with a few exceptions); one kitchen staff member was not welcoming at all, the other kitchen staff member was very courteous (definitely an imbalance that should be addressed). WiFi issues.

My companion and I stayed in the property. The room was very clean and the parking was well lit at night. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Sherika was the front desk clerk and she was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay at this property again. I would like to recommend the property to anyone who stays in the greater Orlando Area on business or pleasure.

I was initially placed in the wrong room for one night and had to push them to find me the room I booked. It was decent they put in the effort after I insisted, just wish they did it instead.
Good suite size, i like the TVs and balcony.
The floor of the shower was not clean and standing in the shower felt very gross, but since I dont like having housekeeping, I didnt want to go through the hassle of getting them to clean it.
The hairdryer was gross and felt tacky/sticky to the touch, no idea was was on it but I wouldnt touch it with a 10ft pole.
Overall I thought the stay was fine, but I think that for the dollar value, it was a bit overpriced.

Arrived at 4pm check in time and room wasn’t ready. Also despite being asked if we wanted housekeeping services throughout our 3 night stay, our room was never cleaned. On the 3rd day they literally just dropped off two towels and 2 coffee kits and beds were not made. Why did they ask if we wanted housekeeping services then? Their excuse was that they were short staffed. If that’s the case we should’ve been given a discount as we did not get the services we were promised. Very disappointing for a Marriott hotel.
