Was ok, but for an extended stay there were no dishes, utensils, glasses or paper towels.
Furnace was difficult to maintain even temperatures, either hot or cold. Check in staff nice & business like

Upon settling in on the first night. I killed 2 big roaches and the Bathroom floor had a huge hair on the floor. Then on the second day after Maintenance spraying insecticide. I killed 2 more roaches. Property Management only offered to refund my money having to wait for it to refund back to my payment method. It was a very unsettling stay there for 3 nights. Terrible experience.

There was a cockroach crawling on the counter in the bathroom. There were not enough space for cars in the park lot. The staff told me to park at the mall across the road

When we walked in the door and turned on the lights we saw cockroaches scatter. The door would not accept our room card and were told we had to walk to the opened of the bldg. and use the other door. Then front desk said the elevator did not work so at 68 years old we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor.

Very friendly staff and great location that was close to a lot of activities and stores.
The elevator was not working during our stay. The hallway to our room smelled of cigarette smoke but our room was great.

There was only 1 small of soap for 2 people. There were roaches in the room. You tv was facing opposite the bed so you actually couldn't see it. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work so we had to carry our suitcases and bags all the way upstairs.

It was ok. Because it is an extended stay, there were absolutely no amenities provided – shampoo, conditioner, etc. For kitchenette, but dishes, or utensil had to be requested. The front desk staff during weekday afternoons was not very friendly.

There were bed bugs crawling all over the nightstand! Didn’t bother checking the bed. Just got out as quick as we could! Property still has not responded to refund request!

Room was clean.. but found 3 roaches on 3 separate trips to the bathroom.. was told i would be given my room deposit back right then and would have a manager contact me about the roaches.. a week later, still no calls and no deposit return. Staff on site was friendly as i was to them as well.

Rude staff... night front desk was rude... a lot of unnecessary process... plus keys didnt work for the first night and first day... had to constantly go to front desk to reset... need to update rooms and furniture...

Travelocity confirmation stated motel would hold a $100 cash deposit at check-in. Motel said no to cash and demanded a credit card. The room's deadbolt lock did not work and one outside entrance/exit door was held open by a rock. There were roaches in the room, loud music, and the odor of pot being smoked from nearby rooms. WE DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT! We left at 8:30 PM and were not even able to get written confirmation from the front desk of checking out, and returning the key and parking pass!! Never stay at this location!!

The room was comfortable for a family, it was clean, however there was a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana everywhere even though it was supposed to be a non smoking facility.

The kitchen is very well-equipped and convenient compared to other hotels.
The staff are friendly and have the sense to remember and call me by my name.
They promptly replenish any needed items, and the cleaning is done thoroughly, which makes me feel good.

Horribly bad experience we traveled from new york.
We had room at 3rd floor best part elevator was not working we took all our stuff in room via stairs, hard time for my wife she has issued walking... so called we had suite with kitchen without any cutlery and plates, no toilet tissue and not even tissue paper in the room. That was our worse experience waist my money.

When we checked in we were given a room number and keys . The building was across the lot and we literally had to step over someone sleeping on sidewalk . The building was not secure as there was a rock literally holding open the door for anyone to enter . But worst of all when we entered room it was filthy . There was Chinese food , wrappers , water bottles strewn everywhere . The bed was unmade . The room smelled . We requested a full refund and had to find another hotel at 10 pm

Bring your own roach motels. The front desk doesn't provide them. We killed at least 5 roaches and trapped another couple in the week we stayed here. I have pictures if anyone is interested. This used to be our favorite place to stay in the DC area but it has gone to the dogs. The security door didn't work, the elevator didn't work, the ice machine didn't work. Two of the clerks gave me hateful looks for requesting simple things like towels and ice. One actually gave me a lecture for requesting clean towels after 3:00 p.m. Stay at your own risk.

A terrible place, not very professional staff. Door inside lock was broken. They said breakfast included but they didn’t have anything else other than pancakes. We had to drive out for breakfast. Their excuse was they are changing their management.

Everything was great except the limited parking. I had checked in around 3:30, then left to meet some friends. Came back around 11 and there were no parking spots left. Either there aren’t enough spots for the number of rooms or the plethora of work trucks taking up two spaces. Other than that, the front desk was pleasant at check in and the room was clean and relatively updated.

This was an absolute horrible experience. I arrived late at night. The parking lot was full and poorly. There was no additional parking. A door to one of their buildings was propped open. I had no where to park with a reserved room. I had no where to park and was not able to stay.

The staff were all nice except for one member of your team threatened my daughter with locking her out of the room because I was in the ER. Do not know her name but rude beyond belief

Same hotel with a lame face lift. Just like when it was $60 everyday. Mom of employees can speak English so I’ve been leaving the basic lately bcc there’s a huge language barrier
