Good experience. Bed springs were worn and there was a definite hill in the middle with the left and right softer than the middle. Highway noise tolerable.

Surprisingly quiet for being so close to I-205. Very nice, modern design. Awesome shower!! And one if the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

Stay was what I expected. Mini fridge in room made a strange noise throughout our stay. Could have called and had it replaced but didn't want to deal with it. Otherwise all good.

My husband was having back surgery at Sunnyside Kaiser Hospital. I just had a stroke a month ago. The staff was wonderful. I can't speak clearly due the stroke. They were very patient with me.

Overall had a nice stay here. Property is a bit run down but in pretty good condition overall.
This is the second time I've stayed here and both rooms have absolutely reeked of mold/mildew. I thought maybe it was a fluke the first time. The windows barely open but I ended up keeping the window open most of the time just to try to air the room out.
Otherwise, staff is consistently friendly and there's a nice, large gym

The property was amazing as always. However, during the four days of staying there was a group of maintainers that kept knocking on doors to enter the rooms. We were told that they were not supposed to be entering rooms that were occupied. However, Even after telling the staff this continued for two days. That’s concerning for privacy reasons. Myself and another made the same complaint around the same time second morning.

The overall setup was a bit unsafe. The privacy lock was broken, and the front door had an inch-high gap from floor to door, which caused noises to creep in easily. The bathroom door needed repairs because the top hinge was faulty. The mini fridge was not working, requested a change in the fridge because we had food that needed to be stored in it. No one exchanged or made an effort to fix the mini-fridge. Upon entering the room the window was unlocked and opened, giving an unsafe vibe.

Stay was good except room 333 needs a new mattress. The mattress was never rotated so one side sinks and is uncomfortable. Also found hair in the shower. Gross!

Expedia overbooked the room we reserved. We needed a special ADA room and reserved it, but the hotel said Expedia had overbooked that room. We were very disappointed. We had no alternative but to stay and use a lesser room, but we were not happy and it was not as safe for my husband.

There were several pinky-sized spots of mold growth on the ceiling in the shower.
Breakfast in the hotel is expensive for what you get. For example, a small egg sandwich is $12.
Crime apparently is an issue and the hotel doesn’t do anything to protect customer cars in the open parking lot, other than to post signs stating that customer car-breakins are not the hotel’s liability.

We have problems with the deadbolt on our door. It did not prevent us from using the room or changing rooms. There was a little bit of garbage on the floor during breakfast, but in all, I thought the facility was very nice. The staff, all of them, were the nicest people in any state I’ve had in recent memory. I can’t even explain why, except that they just made me feel right at home. I did filter this property using the option of hotels with EV charging and they do not have a charger there. They do have one nearby and that is as much on me as anything. I suppose I should’ve called them first to make sure they had one. Your algorithm does not make it clear when you have an EV charger request in the filter that the hotels that pop up in front of me may or may not have them.

We enjoyed our stay and I rated it 4 out of 5 stars because of the storage for clothing (not hanging clothes). The storage was a rolling "chest". The chest rolled under the desk and the storage was not intuitive. If you didn't leave the chest under the desk, it was in the way and awkward to get around.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. They were always helpful and ready to assist.
The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. One thing I really liked was that there was minimal light coming in from under the door and the drapes closed well enough to keep the room dark at night.
The hotel is located near multiple restaurants and shopping and the area around the hotel appeared to be very safe. The area is nice and well lit.

The room was amazing. However when I checked in I found they gave my reserved handicap room to someone else and the gal who checked me in said “whatever “. The bathroom not being handicap accessible was an issue. The checkout gal apologized several times which I appreciated.
