Overall always a great experience when I stay at the Fullerton Sydney.

All in all an excellent hotel. Located right in the CBD within walking distance to most tourist attractions such as the harbour, the opera house, the Rock, botanic garden, art gallery, China town and others. Converted from the classical post office building, the hotel is very well decorated. The room was spacious. Service was excellent. A pleasant experience

Good services

We chose a deal with buffet breakfast, moet&chandon with late checkout 2pm which was awesome as we could explore and wander the city. We visited the Police and Justice Museum at Circular Quay and found alleyways and all manner of shops tucked away. Our heritage deluxe room was amazing, huge, comfortable and lots of natural light overlooking Martin Place and trees. Had themes of yesteryear with non working fireplace and high skirting boards and cornices. The bathroom was palatial, again huge with separate toilet and shower which had great water pressure and all toiletries provided. We didn't use the bath but if you wanted a deep soak, it would be wonderful. A separate entrance also contains a hanging wardrobe. Lots of storage with dressing gowns, torch, safe, comfortable chair and lounge, big tv, convenient writing desk and tea/coffee. Bar fridge tucked away in cabinet under tele and not noisy. The bed was comfy as were the pillows, our only negative is we would have liked a sheet as the doona was at times too hot as a cover. The buffet brekkie was very substantial and varied to suit all tastes and we opted to have dinner at The Place which was served promptly and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful although check in could be improved. Only 2 out of 3 desks open. My husband while waiting for me to arrive, noticed two women at a checkin desk with the receptionist for 20 minutes, and they were still there when I got there, way too long while there was a line up.

Horrible the room had no trash cans, no glasses, coffee maker didn’t work, shower temps were horrible. Customer service was a joke! After multiple calls and being left on hold a manager called and brought us a cup of coffee as a comp as well as 1 trash can for a 4 room suite and two coffee cups rather than a glass I stay in hotels 40 or more times per year. Avoid this hotel it has multiple problems

Stayed previously when it was the Westin Hotel. Was initially a little skeprical, checkin was not completely smooth and no wine in room on arrival however it was a last minute booking and everything turned out great. Also a reasonable over night rate for parking with EV chargers available. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Again an amazing stay to an excellent hotel

A Minibar billing receipt that was not used was sent to me by e-mail. The manager did not check it when checking out the hotel. I have called and emailed to inform the hotel that I have not used it and ask you to correct it, but there is still no answer. very disappointed service...

3 night stay. This place is very central to a lot of things in the city. Staff are very friendly and there is a very good buffet breakfast.

Great weekend and our place to stay from the in-house breakfast to dinner, you don't have to go far to find a bar or shopping.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the city. Large comfortable room and good food. Rooms are in a modern building and the rest of the hotel is the beautifully restored old post office building.

Always a great stay. Even the lobby smells nice - they seem to have a signature scent! Staff were great, did the Heritage tour, lovely room in the heritage wing. Love this hotel.

Love this hotel, room spacious and staff amazing here. I have been 3 times now and last visit was on my own, i felt very safe here. Thank you to all - great job!

Lovely hotel with great staff and service. Walking distance to many places and it was central but still calm. Excellent breakfast but maybe would have loved it even more if there would have been some bread (not toast only) but overall great. Nice and spacious room with comfortable beds.

Great from Front Lobby to waiters in ballroom n breakfast. Chec out easy and in room dining a treat with good healghy selection and delivered in timely manner

We were unable to make a cup of tea . Not everyone drinks coffee!!! Had no idea how to use coffee machine if it was possible to boil water for tea( no directions provided) . Never enough milk provided in any case.as we both enjoy tea (with milk) on arrival and again early morning. Disappointing! Otherwise very good.

loved the location- breakfast is good- even if crowded and busy. Shower was faulty on first night- reported it- still faulty on second night. Staff are pleasant and friendly

Good stay

Great hotel, close to everything and everywhere I needed in Sydney. Problem with the heating in my room which did not work for 1 night so I had to use a portable heather after a good 10+ hours in a cold room. I was happy the hotel solved it the next day.

Centrally Located, walkable to attractions, food & shopping. Modern Large room, Good & friendly Service. Highly recommended.

Great stay again at The Fullerton Sydney. Front of House Staff and Restaurant Staff attend to any needs without a fuss. Room very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Our favourite place to stay in Sydney as it is very central.
