The outside area is comfortable and beautiful with a nice pool, jacuzzi, patio area. The lobby and bar is nice. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The hotel has two buildings. Our friends were in the newer building and said there room was nice, but ours was in the older building. We had old carpet and tile. The highway is loud too. The pillows are so soft, you fall through them flat to the bed when you lay down. Best place to eat around was Duffys sports bar!!

No towels at the pool. One hardworking man at the bar making drinks, taking orders, serving tables and packing to go orders.. no other staff came to help him. The outside pool bathrooms were horribly dirty. I had breakfast included and I was charged and had to go to the front desk multiple times to get the error fixed. There were empty cups, water bottles and other trash around the pool deck. Piles of lawn, tree debris piled in parking spots around the lot. Some of the tables outside the bar patio were dirty and had cups on them. There was a homeless man laying on the pool deck lounge chairs, I watched him sneak in behind a person entering the hotel and reported it to a staff member and nothing was done, I later saw him sleeping in a chair on the bar patio. Standards have really fallen below par. I was not impressed and customer service was lacking for a brand name , beautiful hotel. Also $15 to self park was ridiculous. I requested a refund for that but haven’t seen it yet.

Second stay, room and pool clean! Easy check in easy check out. Staff at breakfast are great, two guys cannot remember their names but they were there in June when we stayed and again this week! Would recommend and stay again!

the staff is great place was not that clean. our room even had a sock behind the toilet. never the type to write a review but just shows how dirty the place is AND the bed has hairs in it too just never took pictures of it…

Needed a last minute room being in the area. Perfect choice. Convenient for where we needed to be. Rooms comfortable. AC in the room super cold so had an amazing nights sleep. All staff at the hotel really lovely and welcoming. Didnt use any facilities as only there to sleep, but the pool, bar etc looked very inviting. Would definitely choose here again.

The hotel was close to airport. Which I loved. The staff was EXCELLENT. I was a little disappointed that the bathroom was not modern and up to date. The sink was very low and the shower was not the best. I think the hotel just need to be updated to 2024 standards.

I literally had to leave. I didn’t stay there, the shower water was coming, the sink was below my waist & I’m not that tall. I didn’t stay there… I left & grabbed another hotel room.

It’s a no for me, from the filthy room floors, to not having refrigerators in the room nor a microwave! Like NO those are essentials. The restaurant stink so bad! It was just giving low budget

The staff at this Hotel is top notch..The shuttle and the male staff running this Hotel were very accomodating, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Kudos to Mike Brady and Eric!! Ty. As to the room, needs updated, the carpet needs cleaned, the wooden door to the refrigerator was beat up and hanging by a thread..the sliding door to deck came off track so I could not get it back until the last evening..very heavy door to open. The ironing board fell apart when I tried to get it out of closet. The plug in bathroom sink went down to far and had standing water for a few days. I was only there for a few days for an appt with Bascom and Palmer and did not report issues I had at that time bc I just didn't want to deal with maintenance coming in and out. I plan on returning to Palm Beach Gardens and would love to return to this Hotel bc the staff is amazing. Unless these rooms are rehabilitated, I must stay elsewhere.
