Lovely stay at Joondalup Resort. This was my 2nd visit and have been very happy both visits. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The pool atea is excellent for a spot of catching the sun and swimming.

Very quick stay room was comfortable good bed good hot water for the shower coffee machine and pods appreciated. Relatively quiet for sleeping except room 235 is on the end and directly across from what looks and sounded like where all the compressors were situated for aircons as it was really noisy once you opened the door you could just hear it in the room so I wore earplugs also did t really like beings right near the stairs either so Will remember that for next time. The breakfast buffet was good and they had gluten free bread although it was like a thin piece of cardboard once toasted. There is much nicer gluten free bread on the market these days that freezes well. Dairy free milk also available.

This is a great place for a holiday, as it is close to shopping and has excellent facilities onsite. The golf course is beautiful, and the staff services are outstanding.

Everyone was so friendly and proud of what they where doing as if they where running their own business not just working for a wage. We didn't feel just like another guest we felt welcomed and like nothing was to much to accommodate us. The cocktails where very impressive as was the food. It was everything we needed after a hard day.

Rained a lot while we were there but the golf course outlook was beautiful, and watching the kangaroos was relaxing.

I actually booked this for my son and his wife. There youngest child has not slept through for 18 months and they were somewhat 'broken'. They live in perth and wanted somewhere where they didnt have to drive too far (they live 10 minutes away!) and they also wanted something that gave them activities. The golf course was perfect as was the Spa treatment options. They also chose to book daily breakfast and booked the dining room each night. Basically they just needed to stay in a one stop shop!
I was able to fly in from Interstate and look after the children for the 2 nights that they stayed.
They may have gone straight back into the Lions den on their return but at least they had a couple of nights together.

Staff were friendly and inviting,location is a 5 minute drive to shops, room was clean and large, extremely nice room however it take the room ages to warm up and the reverse cycle is much to small for the room. Had to sleep with jumpers on to keep warm. Not sure if i would stay there again.

We were late getting in but they were welcoming and informative.
Our room was better than we had expected but we had to wait until the next morning g to appreciate the view.
It was good and it tipped the scales in making our decision on whether to stay another day or not.
We will use this place again.

Very secure check-in. All the staff we dealt with were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from although most food was on the 'cool side'. Need to upgrade their heating elements. Beds were very comfortable , black out curtains work really well. Resort is starting to look a little tired, but we enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful and secluded resort with great views of the golf greens. The facilities and staff were great. The room service was quick, and the rooms were spacious.
The walls/doors seem fairly thin as I could hear noisey children early in the morning. Cold water wasn’t easily available without buying it, and even when directed to use a vending machine for cold water, there was none available.
Apart from that, the pool was nice and relaxing and the spa services had great variety and I considered getting something done I didn’t end up experiencing the facility.

We stayed at the resort for 4nights and wished we were staying longer, our kids loved roaming the grounds, the greenery, the pool and overall relaxed nature of the resort, would highly recommend for any couple or family looking for a beautiful resort stay

The staff were lovely and professional. The facilities including the pool were fab and the hotel breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately the rooms were outdated and very much in need of maintenance and updating. Smokers on the balcony next door also ruined it for us, not that the hotel can keep watch 24/7.

We had a great time staying at Joondalup Resort - it was wonderful staying in a fancy resort which was still welcoming to us as a family with young children. Highly recommend!

not sure if this was part expedia issue but as i had booked in my name not my fiancé's (I couldn't find any place to enter his info) He arrived at the property 30 mins before me even though he had the booking info and confirmation they would not allow him to check in nor even sit at the bar whilst awaiting my arrival. He was forced to sit in his car and wait they made him feel so terrible we almost left.

We had a lovely time as we were staying for a wedding, however for the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the state of the rooms, they looked old and tired and in need of repair. There was paint off the walls between the bedroom and bathroom, like water damage and the tiles on the floor and walls the same. Badly in need of refurbishment - wouldn't book this hotel again unless we were there for a function, better value elsewhere. 4 star is overrated.
