We loved this hotel! Will stay again. Super friendly staff and nice breakfast spread.

Great location, but hotel and it's rooms as the in desperate need of renovations. Out room was large but had carpet hiding uneven lips and dips. The toilet barley flushed. The beds were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. The TV was half blue on the screen. The shower curtain did little to stop large puddling out onto the floor where noticable past damage and mildew was visible. And the access to the rooms required am off track around. Lots in the area but not worth the cost given how bad the room was.

Guest services was really nice and accomodating. The hotel was in the perfect location as we were attending a concert at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Valet crew was awesome.

The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The facility itself has wear and tear, but I could accept that. It is located in prime area - walking distance to many major attractions (which was such a bonus) - and I imagine the hotel is well utilized. The problem is that the rooms were FILTHY. The tub was dirty, the baseboards were disgusting, stained carpet, stained sofa bed cushions….. I could go on and on. We took plenty pictures and are happy to share with Mgmt if it would make a difference. And to be clear, we switched from one room to another and while the 2nd room was better, it was dirty as well. So, I do not believe that the problem can be attributed to one team member. I believe it is an overall issue at the hotel. Thankfully we were only there for one night.

Peeling paint, dirt and dust everywhere. I jad to wash the walls and baseboards to stay the first night. Canceled tother 4 days

This was an older hotel, but the rooms were nice and big. My biggest complaint is that the pull-out bed/couch did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows. We specifically chose this hotel to have the extra bed. When I called the front desk to ask for some linens, the receptionist sounded annoyed, said she was really busy, and said would try to get me something. She never did.

liked that it was convenient walking distance to restaurants and attractions. disliked the parking situtation. For what is charged for hotel stay parking should be included.

Once you got past the main lobby and floor the hotel was very dirty and poorly maintained - there was a used towel, counters were not wiped off and mirrors were extremely dirty. In the breakfast area all the chairs were ripped - the state of the hotel made me not want to eat there.

Clean nice room with fireplace. Parking was issue so paid for valet

My wife and I stay here once a year. The property is located in the heart of everything. We have vallet service park our vehicle and we walk the town. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great location and had the basic necessities.

Terrible experience. The staff were all very rude. Did not get the AARP or AAA discount and was charged for incidentals which I did not use. Will never stay at a Marriott Hotel again.

Great location. Close to everything downtown. Walkable area. Quiet. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Definitely a great place to stay in Cleveland!

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. We came to Cleveland for a wedding. The hotel was overbooked and understaffed. We waited HOURS for our rooms. In fact, the entire lobby was filled with people waiting for rooms. Completely unorganized and unprepared for a busy weekend in Cleveland. Despite check in being at 5 (and the fact we came earlier to see if early check in was possible), we didn’t get our first room until 5:30 and the second well past 6:30. We missed the wedding. Hotel could be kept up better with peeling chairs in dining halls and cleaned better with hair still in our bath drain from previous occupants. Not what I am accustomed to at Marriott. Would recommend go elsewhere.

Unfortunately our stay started off very poorly at this property. I had called to request an early check in, which I fully understood was not guaranteed, however we did not end up getting into our room until after 5pm due to it still not being ready at the 4pm check in time. We were far from alone in this situation as there were many others waiting in the lobby with us. They did seem to be working diligently to get everyone in their rooms, but not having rooms ready at check in seems unacceptable to me, especially at the prices we were paying to stay. Also while we were waiting there was an altercation in the lobby with a hotel employee and another person (he was not a guest, but said he was visiting a friend) saying that the hotel employee threatened to shoot him earlier that day near the breakfast room. The two then began yelling and threatening to take the other outside to shoot them. The manager involved did a very poor job of de-escalating the situation. She at one point even laughed a little. The employee did eventually was away, but then returned to the lobby for a second round of yelling and threatening. The lobby full of people was never addressed or apologized to for the situation. Beyond these things we only had to call down for bedding for the pull out sofa, hand soap and toilet paper as they were none in our rooms. The hotel overall is a beautiful place to stay, we just happened to have a poor experience.

Great Location!!! Everyone is extremely nice, but the valet parking app / system needs some improvement! Also, maid service was suppose to be every other day, as we were told at check-in, BUT it wasn’t!! We needed to call down for new / dry towels & more TP (which we ran out of), after being there for 11-days! Our room was only made-up twice, in those 11-days!! Plus, housekeeping never replenished the toilet paper!!!

The hotel was picked because of location to the venue. They doubled the charge for the event, obviously. But on top of everything, the AC didn't work. The TV was broke as well. No service tech on site and only 1 employee. Which really nice. And the the hotel was at capacity. Couldn't get a new room. Should've slept in the hallway for comfort because it was 64 degrees out there, my room was 78 when we came back from the concert.

We needed a place to stay a week in Cleveland, and this hotel was perfect. The kitchen was enough so that we could have breakfast in the room and have snacks on hand. The bed was comfortable to fit 2 adults and a kid. The AC definitely worked! The location is also super walkable. It was easy to run to CVS or Heinen's for groceries, but also a quick walk to Progressive Field or Tower City. The valet parking was convenient as well. If we come back, we'll stay here!

Stay was short and sweet. Hotel was in a great location for our weekend plans.

Air conditioning was ancient and barely functional, mysterious stains on the ceiling - we had to switch to a different hotel halfway through our trip.

This was our second time staying here. Our first time we were in the front building. Our room was nice but could use some updates and better cleaning. Our second time staying, our room was in the back tower and that was quite a walk after the baseball game and drinking. It was also a bit creepy and weird walking through the arcade at night. We had broken lamp shades, stains on the carpet and more… overall not worth the price. Breakfast was a nice option to have! Since then we have stayed at a few other locations in the area and sadly we would rather stay elsewhere.

Chose this hotel due to close proximity to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. When we arrived our air wasn’t working but they got it fixed before we were back. Ultra comfortable bed, quiet room but this is an old building in downtown area so tiny bathrooms, so that kept me from giving 5 stars. Also pretty pricy but saved lots of parking fees so that helped.

Check in took over 3 hours. Not one person apologized they had people waiting for hours to get rooms. Definitely not an acceptable way to do business. The price was high especially to have to wait that long we missed reservations. Very disappointed. Will not return and do not recommend.

They did not have our room available until an hour after their stated check in time. The AC would not go below 75 which kept the room very warm. Our bath tub had soap residue and hair in it as if it was not cleaned from the previous stay. Valet service was very friendly and helpful

Understaffed - waited in line for 1 hour to check in. Staff was friendly - overwhelmed with the number of people trying to check in at 4 and no clean rooms available.

George at the front desk was wonderful and so was the woman (sorry we don't know her name) at breakfast time. She always told everyone to have an amazing day. Both of them were friendly and very nice.
