Would not recommend this place. Needs upgrades

Bed was uncomfortable and the room was not very clean. The front desk employees were sweet, but the hotel is in need of upgrade and needs overall cleaning.

A lot of road noise, walls that were too thin (could hear everything in neighboring rooms, including upstairs), no hand towel rack, no tissues, a cleaning sponge in a plastic cup, no lid on the ice bucket, sheets that were too small for the mattress (and were falling apart), and just a genuinely-uncomfortable stay.

We stayed there for the Huntsman Senior games. We were there four days and asked multiple times for the room to be cleaned. It was cleaned once during our stay. Front desk staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in helping. Staff dropped laundry towels/sheets from the second floor to the lobby floor because there’s no elevator. Staff yelled from first floor to the second loudly. There seems to be nobody checking the work to make sure things are done correctly. The room absolutely needed to be painted. This was not an enjoyable stay whatsoever!

Terribly expensive for a very old hotel. Front desk clerk was very nice. Beds are very hard and pillows absolutely suck. A/C was very loud. Very small rooms. Overall a 5 of 10

The rooms were run down. Stains on the wall. Grimy baseboards. There was a smoky haze of marijuana in the hallway. The hotel was pet friendly and that is my main compliment. The room should have been less than $100 a night but was not worth $160 per night I paid

I was there for the St. George Marathon very friendly staff and easy to get to race event. Staff very friendly and helpful

My classic car was tampered with in the parking lot over night. 2 valve stem caps were stolen and one tire deflated. The tool box attached to the bed of my truck was pried open and the latch bent it now will not stay closed. When I went to talk to the front desk they acted like it was not their problem. They had no cameras or parking lot security. The lady at the counter didn’t even react as if she were interested. The man sitting at the desk behind her only said call the police if you want to. The beds were lumpy and way too soft. The bathroom towels were stained and looked dirty. I found 2 insects in the bathroom this morning. We were in town for a classic car show for the weekend. I am a member of a car club that has chapter internationally we have over 20,000 members. They will be informed of this type of customer service.

The smell of cleaning supplies in the hallway was so strong it was unbearable. The floor of our room was dirty. The AC unit was so loud.

The staff was super nice and very accommodating. I had a nice room. It was an ADA room, the bathroom was extremely nice. The rest of the room needed a little bit more space for a wheelchair to get around. It was nice that they got us on the bottom level because there is no elevator in the hotel. Also all the rooms are smoke free, but I really think somebody is smoking in the management area because it waffles through the building.

Our only complaint is that the previous occupants must have had a pet. The pet doesn’t bother us so much, but the floor was obviously not cleaned because our socks became dust mops, picking up a LOT of pet hair.

I had requested towels for our stay and I took the dirty ones to the wash room where the yellow basket was marked dirty towels. I proceeded to tell the lady there what I was doing.
She yelled at me and said I wasn’t allowed in the area

Worst hotel, the bathroom had poop under the toilet, disgusting. The stairs were dirty and smelled real bad. Overall hotel experience was bad. They have us another room, but this room had an old ac unit, we couldn't sleep at all. Will never stay in this hotel again. They should give me a refund for all the trouble i had.

The door to our room did not close tight about a foot or 2 at the bottom. You could see the hallway when the light was off. The walls and ceiling needed more insulation. We could hear people walking around their room in the middle of the night. The room next to our headboard we heard a phone alarm vibrating through the wall. We checked our phones and they were not buzzing.

Best thing about this hotel is the location near downtown St George and the Price. The stay was about what I expected. The rooms have been updated and look nice. But the update was a quick overlay that left it feeling a bit underwhelming. To be clear, I was satisfied with the hotel because that is what I expected for the brand and the price. Check in and service were good.
