Great hotel on the southern side of Denver. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Bar and lounge in the lobby. Also a Starbucks in the lobby. Small pool with hot tub that was very nice. Room was very nice. King size bed with a pull out sofa. Plenty of room. Also had a sliding glass door with a small balcony. Bathroom was nice and large. Right across I-25 from Park Meadows Mall. Might encounter some traffic noise from the interstate, but didn't bother us.

Wish we were here for more than one night!

As a solo traveler, this hotel was a 10/10 for me. I always felt safe and comfortable. My room had everything needed! I genuinely looked forward to going back to the hotel at the end of a long day! Staff was also so nice and genuine.

A nice place to stay. Everyone was friendly. Most important was ut has a GREAT hot tub!

Someone stole gas from my vehicle on your property after check-In. Security needs to be more alert as this should never have happened.!

I really liked the starbucks in the lobby it was fast and convenient. The bar/lounge area with the fireplace was very inviting and Drew the bartender was fantastic. The food at the bistro was delicious. The check-in staff were also helpful and very nice!

i wasnt able get my booking asap u had wait until 3pm staff was terrible and said they were booked i called ahead to see if they had rooms and said yes and i get there they said they were sold out so why lie and give me terrible attitude i paid and cant even get refund when it was their fault

The hotel is a great place to get some rest close to lots of amenities. The front desk staff were without a doubt the friendliest and helpful people I have ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast although had to pay a little extra I felt was worth it for our family of 4.

Loved the friendly staff and check in! Comfortable rooms and super easy check in /out. The coffee, lounge area made it comfortable to hang with co-workers too.

Great stay pool is open late loved having a balcony and 24 hour fitness and a Starbucks in the hotel is a plus definitely recommend

Smelled like cat

I stay here every time I am in town. It’s quiet and real close to excellent shopping and restaurants. It has Starbucks located in it. Great fitness center and pool. Housekeeping never bothers me. I prefer Marriott’s and this one always has good price for the quality.

This property is old the TV in the room was more the size of a computer monitor the shower rod was broken letting water out onto the floor the tub had a low spot the wouldn't drain and the furniture was awesome in 1980

Location is great. I stay here often due to location to shopping and health appointments. I also stay here for the Starbuck's.

Hotels.com description was completely inaccurate, again. Hot tub and pool were closed after I scheduled and planned my son‘s birthday party. Horrifying experience.

Pool and hot tub unavailable all week - no one shared this information prior. Sofa bed had a downright filthy mattress and was broken so couldn’t sleep on it.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff was accommodating and the sheets were clean. There were full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, which was much appreciated in the dry climate as I needed a lot more conditioner for my hair than usual. They had a few beverages in dispensers for guests in the lobby, and the check in/check out process was simple. However, the rooms very much need renovating. There was a general smell of old carpet/fabric in the room, and while the carpet was already brown by design (which was an eyesore) it also looked dirty. The sofa in the room was an old itchy fabric, and I found a large yellow stain on the bedskirt. The wallpaper in the bathroom was tearing in a couple places, and one of the clean towels we received had stains. The mattress and especially the pillows were also too soft, and we both experienced pain in the morning. To the property manager: PLEASE remove the carpet and put down flooring that is easy to clean. Newer pillows that provide better support would also make a big difference!
