Hot days, air conditioning didn’t work, fan was so loud and didn’t offer much relief from the heat, spoke to manager and they put in a portable air conditioner, no better. Very little sleep possible.
Apart from that, the pool was nice, location great, reception friendly and helpful.
Parking a problem, often no parking spots had to park a fair way from the motel.

Location was great, views from our oceanfront apartment were amazing and we got to spot whales everyday.
Apartment could do with some updating and improved set up in the kitchen (all the crockery and utensils were old and mismatched, knives blunt).
I would definitely stay again but would ask for a different updated room if available.

Although very central to all amenities the room we were in was in need of a revamp. Holes in the ceiling and scuffed walls. Site around the fridge needed new wood and paint and the room had an odour when you arrived back after a day out.

It's a nice location and handy to shops/ beach/ restaurants but the accommodation is very tired and not clean. The price for the rooms would suggest a better standard but that's not the case. Sorry, but it is what it is.

Great location walking distance to everything. We had an ocean front apartment and the view was amazing. If you don’t feel like walking too far, there is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor which had lovely food and a good variety of drinks to choose from.

The external doors had mould on them. The shower screen had mould. The floor of the shower had mould.
The room stunk like stale water and/or sewerage. The whole room stunk.
I would assume that it was stale water in the "S bend" of the bathroom floor. Had the room not been used for some time? It was an offensive smell as soon as we opened the door. Our clothes the next day had the smell in them.
Running the shower and clearing the "S Bend" seemed to clear the source of the problem but the smell did not dissipate.

The owners were lovely. However wotif have failed big time. Had to change dates paid for insurance to cover this and still waiting for the refund two weeks ago this was canceled and rebooked paid for it twice now
