Decent hotel

The pictures that are advertised is not what you’re walking into.. there was rust and mold in the bathtub and around the toilet, the walls were dirty, finger prints and toothpaste splats all over mirrors . There was an Odor that the bedsheets and towels had as if they were just washed in water. They have the coffee maker inside the bathroom on top of the sink which is very unsanitary. There was many drug addicts in the area doing activities that made me feel unsafe. Staff was not welcoming at all ! I cut my stay short due to this inconvenience. I don’t think this is fair and I feel as you guys should post the accuracy of the hotel we are spending money on. I am highly disappointed and will think twice before booking through Expedia again!

Ac Loud room room smell of smoke informed front desk did as if we wanted another room

I will begin by saying that the staff that helped me were EXCEEDINGLY kind to me. Caring, compassionate, professional. The night staff, the morning staff, the maintenance staff -all of them were wonderful people. And all of the cons I am about to list have nothing to do with them. I hope the multiple, dark, large stains on the carpet were chew not blood. But then I hope the dark smears along both sides of the mattress pad were blood not feces (I’m sorry, I’m not making this up). The curtains had LOT of holes. Moths? Cigarettes? Not sure, but there were a lot of them in the mornings. There are tons of burns in the carpet. Burns on the dresser. A circular burn on a bedside table that sure looks like the size of a pipe that got too hot (circular, about a nickel in diameter). There were dark hand prints on the bathroom walls where the fingers had been drug down the walls. Faded but very clear. And multiple. The tv didn’t work. They provided instructions which helped, but I needed a passcode they didn’t provide. I was there for my 40 year old wife’s failed cancer surgery, so I didn’t have the time, energy or heart to bring this up to the staff over the two nights I was there. I was too mentally and emotionally blitzed to care the first night, but it was so un-ignorable the second night. I checked out early because my wife was sent home early, but I don’t think I would’ve stayed anyway. But 1 last time -I cannot emphasize enough how kind the staff was to me.

It was terrible. As soon as we walked in the room we noticed the big stains on the floor. The bed sheets and skirts around the bed were dirty. Looked like boogers. Tv didn’t work, door didn’t close properly. Roache’s, sketchy people walking around, we felt very unsafe. Very dirty grounds. The ratings and pictures were completely false.

They said they couldn't provide more towels for pool 😒

We stayed for 4 days and was a bad area to stay. Looked like someone overdosed on fentanyl a couple doors from us, shady people everywhere. The pool had a light with cord hanging on deck which is dangerous. Our room was ok, except the frig did not work but got a different one, the toilet was running every night and the shower was clogged so it was disgusting taking a shower. We will never stay here again, thanks but no thanks!

I booked a handicap room that they told me there were none and had to go to 2nd floor.I booked the room due to being at hospital at 6:45 appontment I asked for a 5 o clock wake up and did not get it I had prepaid for my room on the 11th and thhey had me put up a $100 deposit which I have not seen a dime of this was one of the worst motel expreiances I hAVE EVER HAD WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGIN EVEN THOUGH i HAVE MANY APPONTMENTS AT THE CANCER CENTER

No water pressure shower sucked

People were great and very nice for older motel.

I arrived at the hotel and it was disgusting. It smelled horribly of smoke that someone tried to cover up One room, when the AC unit was turned on, smelled like death. Something dripped from the ceiling onto the head. There was green mold on the tiles in the bathroom. The carpets were extremely worn and not vacuumed. Hair on the sheets, pillowcases smelled terrible on all pillows. Tried to make a complaint when leaving property but waited at front desk and no one came.

Not clean and it smells very bad

We had to put down a $100 deposit on each room we had with no prior knowledge of this. The area is shady and all of the rooms we booked(3) were dirty and stunk. I didn’t feel safe here and would not recommend especially when you have small children. I had a man follow me around the parking lot and just stare at me while he was in his van.

The pool wasn't open, the cable TV was out, the front desk didn't return calls...NOT a good experience.

I will never book here again! The room was supposed to be a moon l non smoking room and that was the first smell as soon as I entered the room.

Door not working

Check in was ok. Location was good.Room needs some work on condition and cleanliness.

Absolutely filthy. My duvet blanket was stained brown and yellow and it took the front desk an hour to find one that wasn’t also stained. There were random smudges and liquids on all the surfaces, the chair in my room was covered in stains and had a spring sticking up through the seat of the Chair. There were splatters and stains on the walls, curtains and mirrors. I had to walk up and down stairs every day where someone spilled a container of fried rice that was never cleaned up. Truly one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Bring protection.

The sheets hadnt been changed, we found hairs and ants in them. The carpets were filthy and the safety lock on the door was busted. The breakfast service didnt allow us to bring any food or drink back to our room, which was an incredible inconvenience for our situation.

This is a motel in a quiet street. The big problem is the drain didn't work for the bath shower and the sink. Your feet will be soaked in dirty water in 10 mins shower. And dirty water could splash on your face when brush your teeth. Other stuff were working but looked very old, there were cracks here and there.

Awesome customer service, especially the Gentleman at the front desk. Will be staying again!

The staff here are friendly however they charge 100 per room deposit upon check in which was mentioned nowhere in the policies. The property it’s self is clean but the rooms are lacking proper maintenance

Great Customer Service! Close to everything. The room and bed was very comfortable. Property needs updating but I see much potential here. Will stay again.

The door was broken. The tv was difficult to work. The beds were the only thing in the room that seemed clean but I developed pinkeye after sleeping there

Poor breakfast

I don't care to type all of the details the way that other reviews are, but I would just simply say I do not recommend this place. It wasn't disgusting or anything but the place is outdated, dingy, items like fridge and TV had issues.

If you wanted or needed anything, towels, toilet paper,etc you had to go get it yourself.

Needed a bit of a facelift but the staff was kind. We had a very very slow draining shower which did not get solved after our first night and remained a problem 2nd day. The bed was very comfortable . Room was ok.
