Really good location, great breakfast, rooms a little outdated and tje check-in was a bit slow due to a large group arrived shortly before us.

Very good value for money. Good location in Frederikshavn close to port and city center. Comfortable room whit just what you need. Good internet. Well visited bar at lobby level.

We had a very nice stay. Great location, we had the larger room with the Deck and it was very pleasant. The weather was nice and we were out on the deck for a couple of hours in the evening. The view of the harbour was very nice, watching the ships come and go. Room was great, very nice bathroom and shower, very comfortable.

No food in the restaurant in the morning and asked for parking with chek-in got at ticket to the parking and was charged with check out - was not informed about the cost.

The first check in Night was the best nicest person And the check out so extremely rude we all 4 of us felt she couldn’t care less and only said how to pay although we had paid in advance The next check in couple she was again so rude no hello and only who will pay and no smile And it is a shame with the beautiful design and place

Hotel was clean and accessible.located in centre and walking distance to restaurants and shops.room was clean

It is very conveniently located near the ferry. Bathroom very outdated. Rooms itself overall nice

Well-placed and stylish hotel, particularly if you are using the ferry service - the port is a 5 minute walk away. There are several bars around the hotel, including one at the base of the building. The rooms are spacious and clean.

dumped by ryanair, so we had to make the best of a bad job, we got on the ferry to sweden with stenna line ship very clean, spent the day wandering around city but would recomend the canal boat trip, both funny and informative, lets get back to denmark and our hotel, in such circumstances as ours youjudge a hotel on what it can do to help you,and, i have been to 46 countries around the world and the staff pulled the stops out to help,one in particular was head and soldiers above the rest and his name was KIM, whilst only working part time he was agenius with the computer,thanks kim.we just filled in our time going to different places of interest, to all the staff. you knew we were in trouble and without doubt you all helped.

The Hotel is too expensive. 108€ for a room with mould in the bathroom and stains on floor and furniture. Lobby is nice, there are lots of restaurants in the area and it is located very close to the ferry terminal.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, although a bit small. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet, with a beautiful view of the harbor.

Breakfast was exceptionally good

A nice hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. I had a great view of the harbour and a big balcony. Fair priced mini-bar.

Staff very helpful enjoyed our stay

Good hotel for the money in the area. Also checked out the reef which was very busy with families coming in off ferries and rooms there were more expensive. Rooms at reef and jutlandia were very similar. Hotel us clean but old. if you just want a bed to sleep in, stay here. If you want the amenities of a big hotel, stay at the reef.

Nice hotel, great location, staff extremely helpful, reasonably prices beer although rooms a tad high priced ( hey, it's Denmark ) . They provided bikes at the hotel for a fee but told us to go nearby for free bikes...now that's good service. The owner may not like that advice but it doesn't go unnoticed by your guests.

Have stayed at a number of hotels in Frederikshavn. This is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was of good size and had a great bed, great furniture. The room is well kept. The bathroom was large but a bit dated. The included breakfast on the 6th floor is very good and has quite a bit of food. The view from the 6th floor over the harbor is really impressive. The rooms have free wifi. Overall a great experience.

This hotel is perfect if you are planning to take a ship from the port because it is really very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but the hotel lobby and restaurant on the top floor are great. There's a wonderful view from the restaurant both in the morning and at night and the food and ambiance are excellent. The rooms are just very basic, like a three star hotel.

The location is excellent for everything from Ferry terminal to railway station and shopping! The room we were in has a fantasic view of the Harbour to make the stay very pleasant. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor and is very pleasant to sit in to start a day!

Bieng next to the ferries to Norway and Sweden, the hotel is very well situated, well functional hotel, it's old but well maintained, my room was small,but a good relations between price and quality.
