Everything was great. Very confortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to this Double Tree since 1998 and with my husband and son since 2006. It is my favorite, favorite hotel! It had been many years since our last trip and my husband and I decided to spend our anniversary here. Front desk sent a complementary bottle of wine; cookies tasted just as delicious; quiet, serene atmosphere remained the same. We absolutely love this Double Tree even though Tampa is closer. It is well worth the drive!

WOW, every single person I came in contact with was amazing! Comfortable and well appointed rooms. The housekeeping was very generous with towels and water bottles. No possible complaint could be imagined.

Excellent service since the check-in until check out. Hotel employees were super polite in every interaction and very helpful. We love this place! We enjoy the king suite with a sofa bed for the kids. We stayed in 220 and my sister stayed at 110 and their living room was double our size. They didn’t have kids and we had two so it would have made a huge difference for us to have that extra space. But now we know and plan to be coming back and get the bigger room. House keeping was nice and sweet took care of us daily. You can even leave a tip via the app. If you are a Hilton honors you can check in the day before and request a digital key the day your stay starts also a credit for daily beverage or food of $$ if you are gold we used it daily. Great benefit to have.

We chose this hotel as our ‘half-way’ stop off point down to the Florida Keys; hoping it would serve as a great location to relax for a couple of days. We are so glad we did as our stay was perfect! It’s the first Hilton we have stayed at that has ever acknowledged/ recognised our silver status the year we have had it. Not that you get any benefit from it but that acknowledgement and thank you can go along way. Great check-in with the usual warm offering of the doubletree cookies and lots of helpful info given about the local area and best beaches to watch sunset from. On that the location was great within 20min drive from all the local things to see and do and even closer to the 41 for when we needed to get back on the road. The suite rooms were lovely. They had a high-end carribean resort feel to them with all the amenities you could need. It’s not a massive hotel with only 2 floors and so it adds to the very welcoming and friendly vibe but the rooms felt very spacious and we appreciated the separate living area with sofa bed for our daughter. The rooms were very well furnished and equipped. The pool area was also nice. Wasn’t big but wasn’t too small either, especially at the times we visited when we were the only ones using it. Fantastic hot spa pool too with good jets. Parking was included here which is becoming rare at hotels it seems these days but definitely another positive consideration for staying here. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely people working here— Great property!

We reserved this property because if its location to the beach, restaurants and highway, and was not disappointed. But one of the main reasons was that it had a jacuzzi on the pool deck. I love the jacuzzi to relax and soak after a day at the beach, but was extremely disappointed in the temperature of the water the first day....it was luke warm. The second day, we got back from the beach, and more disappointment 😞...there was an "out of order" sign in front of it. I was extremely disappointed, as what would've been a great stay, became an okay stay. Wanted to return, but wouldn't want this again.

We have stayed here a few times. My only disappointment was we were not facing the river - which I did not request (so my fault) There is a restaurant and we had breakfast - it was very good and reasonably priced.

It would be wonderful if there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Rooms on the first floor, near the staff rooms are very noisy (door slamming and staff conversations in front of your door are common)...prepare to be awake around 6:30am everyday. Management did tried to resolve this issue, but the staff did not complied.
