Will not return, the room service is dreadful. They don't clean the rooms. Had to ask for the bins to be emptied, had to ask for clean towels and was told they only had one left and they would bring another later but they never did. No floor mat for bathroom or hand towels as they had run out. Only received three coffee sachets for two people, no milk or sugar. Friends in another room had the same problem. We stayed three nights and the rooms were never serviced or essentials replenished. We would not recommed anyone to stay there. There are better Motels in Merimbula to stay at.

Comfy bed, good bench desk with convenient power point. Good bench space in bathroom to place bathroom goods on. Reasonable sized fridge. Heater works. View over town and to the water beyond that from outside sitting area. Good phone reception. Could do with a lighter desk chair, but otherwise great motel.

Great location just a short stroll from all of the restaurants and bars.

Pleasant stay, very clean room, good locality, very good value for money.

Although the property looked good on-line, the pictures must have been very old. The room was dirty, not vacumned, dead months on the carpet, filth around the sliding door. Bathroom also filthy like it had not been cleaned in months. We were told at check-in the restaurant would be opened at 6.30pm for dinner. We waited around until then, to be told it was not going to open. We were so tired from travelling that we could have gone into town earlier and got something to eat. Would never stay there again.

Good location, comfortable room, however I left some personal belongings behind and they were too busy to send them on to me. I’ve forwarded them a pre-paid postage bag, so will see what happens

Disappointing. We’ve stayed here before and had no hesitation coming back. However the once clean and friendly motel is no more. Carpet didn’t look like it’s been vacuumed, in room cups and dishes were dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom. The included continental breakfast was some open cereal in an empty dining room, not even a slice of bread - though i probably won’t be eating it. Would not be coming back again.

Great 2 nights

I had to phone to get someone to come to reception at 4pm to check in and I queried breakfast as a continental breakfast was supposed to be included. I advised it would be in the restaurant from 7:30am. When we went there the next morning the door was locked and the room was in disarray with microwave on a table and nothing laid out for breakfast. It seems new MGT have taken over as gardens we quite overgrown.

The view was lovely, Rooms basic but neat and tidy. The place offered continental breakfast which was one of the reasons we selected the place. While the selection was good, the dining area was not kept clean I had to wipe down tables, wash dishes myself and instead of individual servings it was all shared food items. So only ate 1 out of the 3 days we stayed.

We were on the bottom floor and the screen was quite old and not stable so we were not able to have the door open at night for fresh air as preferred to air con. Manager was polite and helpful. Good location and walkable to everything.

Room has electric jug and microwave but no cups to drink out of, no cutlery or plates Balcony has a safety witches hat as the floor tiles are missing and others cracked. Room was originally a 2 bedroom option but has been changed to 2 separate rooms with the interconnecting door being locked however it is only an internal door and you can hear everything that people in the other room are saying. Way over priced for what you get Did speak with the management regarding these points but they are not interested in listening to me. As a travelling Sales Rep I have stayed in a huge amount of different motels but personally I would not stay at this place ever again

The entrance to the motel was difficult to find...not well lit. The unit was HUGE with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and it was WONDERFUL. But a bit more attention could have been paid to the cleaning of the unit (i.e. better vacuuming of the carpet and better cleaning of the shower stall>>found 2 used bars of soap in the shower, badly cracked tiles on deck=possible safety hazard). Beds were extremely comfortable and linens fresh. Appreciated the kitchenette/eating area which was great to eat in when we wanted to. Location of the motel was quiet during the night when the traffic was less hectic around the roundabout. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Poor wifi

This was adequate for my 2 night stay. The drive in to the reception is steep and my rental car scraped the ground. Car parking is narrow but ok. Internal room dated but satisfactory. Toilet paper. Gosh. Really cheap. Breaks on use. I stayed 2 x nights and asked for room to be serviced while i was out on first day. Supplies were not replenished so i ran out of teabags. I didnt want bed made or dishes done. But was left with detergent on bench that seemed like a statement... do your own dishes. No issue with that but please replenish teabags or used perishables. Heaps of coffee of no use to me. Very noisy. Not your fault as was road noise but might need to consider this. Convenient location. Lots of TV channels. Nice view from balcony. Value for money.

Great basic property up on the hill. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a small balcony looking out over town. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this property again. Would recommend...
