It wasn’t the absolute worst but it did have a mildew smell to the room and the hotel was under renovations while I was there. The toilet was clogged up so my daughter and I used the one in the lobby. Hopefully once renovations are done it will be much better. Location was great for what I was in town for.

The air conditioner blew cold air but did not take the humidity out of the air. The sheets and my pjs felt wet all night making sleeping very uncomfortable.

I paid for two rooms but they only had one reservation. The hotel is major construction remodel. The young lady was nice at counter but dealing with a major renovation.

waited like 15 minutes when I arrived because the young lady was cooking her meal, then I found an under construction hotel, this place should not be open to public during construction.

I arrived at the hotel and there was no one present to check me in so i had to wait for a while before I was allowed to check in. There was construction being done and it was incredibly loud. The elevator was broken and i had to take the stairs. I get to the room and the hallway is dirty, stink, and the walls stripped for repairs. The room seemed clean, but i was only there for a literal sec as the construction was still going on so i headed back downstairs to speak with the front desk. No one was present again, so i had to just find another hotel. I was unable to get a refund as they lied and said i was still present. Would not recommend. All black people do not look alike.

This hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. If I had known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have made the reservation. The best thing about it is that it was right next to a Cracker Barrel. We could walk there. It was also right off the interstate.

The hotel was totally gross. Was under construction. The tub was very bad condition stained .bug in the room stains on the bedding and pillows weird smell. Hear everything in the hallway from room. Ended up leaving at 4am .

This place needs a lot of updating. The room we were put into the green chair which had stains all over it was disgusting. When you walked into the bathroom it smelt disgusting, went and asked for an air freshener to try and help but she didn’t have one available at that moment. I figured let me try to turn on the ac to see if that would help and it enhanced the smell and smelt like straight urine. Asked the staff at the front desk if they had another room available and she accommodated us and gave us another room. That room was better but still very outdated. The bathroom had a big cutout in the wall of the shower and very outdated. This place needs a major renovation, def won’t stay there again. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The only thing that bothered me, was the bed linen were not clean, it was spots and I am assuming lint. I feel maybe there need to be new sheets on the beds. The bed could be softer. Other than that everything else was fine.

This place was wonderful. No frills and it was just perfect for an overnight stay! Everyone was super nice and out was like 15 minutes from downtown.

Property is aging badly. Bathtub was cracked all over. Tile floor also cracked. Room was adequate. Refrigerator and microwave were welcome touches. Door doesn’t fit well letting in lots of light and giving a slightly unsafe feeling.

The lobby was clean and seemed to have newer furnishings. The rep at check in was polite and efficient. We stayed in room 226–2 queen beds. The bedding has many wear spots that gave the appearance of being dirty. The sheets on one of the beds had a small hole (similar to a cigarette burn). The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow, 4 on each bed (essentially 2 full size pillows). The bathroom: a short hair sitting on the toilet seat, hair in the shower, walls had many stains/marks, toilet paper holder rusted, shower head had build up and in need of repair, the area for your toiletries in the shower was not clean and also in need of repair and more.
The toilet and shower were separate from the sink, but the shower area was very small and would not be easy to maneuver with a child.
I would not choose this hotel again in the future and travel this area 4-5 times a year.

Very friendly staff- nice lobby but the room itself was very worn and visibly dirty- shipped paint, dirty chair, dirty looking tub although I’m sure it was cleaned it just has stains that are permanent. I knew for the price it would not be great so you get what you pay for
