Clean, great location, and friendly staff. We will stay there again

The property is only a short walk to the beach. The pool is nice, being heated. There is coffee and tea available in lobby starting before 6am, plus coffee maker in the room. Laura @ check-in was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is room service with a limited selection, it was tasty though. Love, love, love the balconies with oceanview. The suite was roomy and the bed was comfortable, the sleeper sofas not so.

Great location - right by the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the heated pool and time on the beach. Having our breakfast brought right to our room was a nice touch.

Hotel was average. Great location to beach. Not sure why there’s a resort fee. It was not better than a hotel without resort fees.

I needed to cancel my stay because of Hurricane Helena. Despite that, was refused a refund.

From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent! Really nice & helpful staff at the front desk. Rooms were very nice, clean, spacious! Easy walk to the beach.

I thought the condo (2 story) with 3 beds would have at least 2 bedrooms, but it was one master and 2 pull out couches in the living room The free breakfast that is delivered is equivalent to gas station microwave food. I'd rather go down to the lobby and grab my own bagel, yogurt or muffin than wait for 2 maids to deliver it to each room in the resort. When we called the front desk to ask about it the worker was extremely rude and when I walked down there to see if I could just grab my food she was even ruder. She needs to be gone. The bathroom doorknob practically fell off in my husband's hand and the jetted tub had lots of rust and corrosion. The only benefit was that we could walk to the beach.

Room was quiet, albeit the walls were a little thin. Water in the shower was hot, the AC was cold. The breakfast per day was a nice surprise, although the portions were smaller than I would have expected. Still, better than nothing. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, answered any questions that arose and gave great food recommendations.

Amazing place, a real hidden gem! Very clean place, the grounds are beautiful! Big pool with loungers and covered tables. The walk to the beach was beautiful. Very quiet and very relaxing place to stay, we will definitely be back!

Cheryll is the BEST. She offered great places to eat, interesting things to see and she REALLY cared about our happiness.

We really enjoyed our stay with you. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from both balconies. The path to the beach was manageable and the beach was perfect. The free breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.

The best feature of this property is that is right on the beautiful St Augustine Beach.. access to the beach is right at the back of the property with a short walk. The pool area is so well kept! Is a large beautiful area& pool but so quiet and boring. Is covered with plants and not visible at all..is really nice but just missing ambiance and better exposure! The rooms have a very old decor & vibe and that old musty smell that goes away after you get used to it, lol. bathroom space is so small you cannot put belongings. There was only 1 toilet paper roll and one half used! When I called the front desk for paper toilet they said we have to go get it ourselves because the front desk was busy and no one else was available to help! Wow! Breakfast is accommodating if you are in a hurry and want something small that will not fill you up and leaves you with that yuk feeling. Is just a boiled egg with a bagel or toast, a nice muffin &a dry small scone. A tiny orange juice & that’s it! Coffee is self made in room. The hotel feels safe and is easy to park right in front of the property and is a short 15-20 minute drive to the Historic District. I do not plan to stay here again. Even though is at the beach who will come to St Agustine just to be at the beach? Not many. In my opinion is not worth to rent at the beach when Vilano beautiful beach is truly so close to the district & you can rent a nicer hotel with same or cheaper price, a nice breakfast & toilet paper & just drive to beach!

Housekeeping supposed to be more efficient. After our 1st night, they forgot to clean and set my room. The job was performed at 1:30PM after lunch time. Sorry, but unacceptable !!!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing! Five star recommendation with only a few minor suggestions for improvement The stairs were rough on the second and third floor units with the adult bedroom being upstairs with no elevator from the first floor to the second or third The pool was beautiful at night, but lights under the cabanas and maybe a few more inside the pool would be helpful I thoroughly enjoyed walking to the beach for the sunrise each morning and appreciated the shower located on the walk back And the addition of a shower before the pool was extremely helpful when going directly from the beach to the pool A shower curtain and handicap accessible handle for the Jacuzzi tub are a strong recommendation to the owners to install for both safety and privacy the tub was so enjoyable someone wanted to be in it at all times so privacy would have been nice and my husband jerfdnthe support of the hand rail especially shirt tur stairs Lastly our little ones slept on the 2nd floor while we slept on the top floor master which left the girls close to the front door. Our 3 year old silently opened the door and found her way the gate of the pool which thank the lord was safety locked and even our 8 year old niece could not open by herself And the amazing maintenance men were there to find her hotel room and bring her to the front desk to call our room and return her dsgely I noticed staff at all times on the rounds there was always someone outside

This is a hidden gem ! Quiet , clean , everyone friendly and beach access was great ! Coming back for sure !

Staff was great. Loved the breakfast every morning that was delivered to your door. Very nice place. Attention to detail is a bit lacking though. Lamp shade in the rooms had mold on them. Shower heads and knob need to be replaced. Other than that great place. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The hotel room reeked of stale smoke (attempt was made to mask the smell with some potent deodorant). Just in 10 minutes, our throats were scratchy and eyes itchy. Later that day, my wife actually broke into hives. There was also a leaking split ac system above the room window. It was leaking into the window frame, blinds and on the sill. We brought this to the attention of the desk staff. The lady at the front desk stated that she would find out what she can do from her manager (after stating she could not come to the room to smell/see the condition). We waited outside the room for almost 30 minutes for her to call us back with a resolution. We became tired of waiting and began to seek other accommodations at another hotel. After securing a room at another hotel (about two hours after checking in), still no word from the front desk. We returned to the front desk to let her know that we were not staying and we are checking out. Upon telling her, she said that she moved our room (to one with a queen bed - not a king like we had). We asked why she did not call us, like she stated she would. She stated that she did and she got no answer. She stated her manager came and smelt nothing in the room. She refused to check us out or give us the managers name. She was extremely rude and dismissive and stated that she was emailing the manager and the manager would reach out to us. The manager had her staff relay the message of “no refunds” to us.

Check in was a breeze and they showed us how to get to the beach on the map at the desk. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning and this was a nice surprise as we missed this when booking. We would stay here again.
