Perfect location in the business district. Close to popular Paris activities. Train access within walking distance. Room service was amazing. Nice place to stay.

Was good

Hotel is tired. Decoration dated. Carpets grey and stained. Fitness centre is lacking equipment. Buffet is expensive at €29 and limited. Rooms are fine and functional but sparsely decorated.

IT was ok, the room was not particularly clean or had good appliances like hairdryer not working and when it did for the first day was very old. very old towels; floor never seemed to be vacuumed. I have enjoyed staying there before, but not this time.

The property is fine so I will share what’s nearby instead? There is a Westfield mall towards the back of the hotel (15min walk). Several dining places are in and around the mall. If craving for brands like Chipotle, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the world’s famous Starbucks and McDonald, it’s there!

The hotel lobby was nice, but the rooms needs upgrading. No electrical plugs in bathroom for women to do their hair! Overall stay was nice!

My kids and I were well received and the room was very clean. I had communicating rooms so it was even better. Breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of choices and unlike other places they kept serving late customers after the breakfast hours. Recommended

Very good location to visit Paris

I loved this hotel and most of all the staff. Special thanks to Pauline at the recption and Mary in kitchen. It couldn't have been better, really many thanks. We traveled as a family with my wife and two kids. The location, despite been at the entrance of Paris, is very convenient. There is the RER A and line 1 metro accesible which take you anywhere. Many thanks once again. We had the time of our lives in Paris and we are mostly thankful with the staff.

Orange juice on breakfast was not natural as other stays. It was from concentrated.

Pullman heavy user world wise, the first time here, a little bit old condition, however total is good in comparison with other hotels in Paris.

Perfectly located for a business trip, amazing service, great breakfast. But the bedrooms/bathroom is not at the level of a Pullman hotel. Very disappointing.

Location, access to the hotel. The escalator going to the hotel is always not working. Had to use the stairs to bring luggages

staff were great and hotel was clean and beds were great!

Housekeepers need to check room supplies always and refill when finished. I ran out of shower gel for 4days and they didn't know until I reported.

Fridge doesn’t work Shampoo and hand lotion containers doesn’t work Dirty carpet The 2 rooms are outdated We got 1 queen bed instead of 2 twin beds for both rooms We stuck in parking for 15 minutes waiting for someone to open the parking gate for us. We reported the issues in the first day to the Front desk manager and nothing was done By far this not more than 3 stars hotel and the worst in our recant experiences with 5 stars in North America and Europe

Great hotel, However you must be lucky that the hotel is not doing any work. We stayed here more than 4 times and we always pray it is a good time. This time it was not. Breakfast was a real disappointment. My wife asked Creep in french when she saw it were not pancakes she immediately reacted and asked to cancel and correct herself with an excusing herself because it was a miscommunication in language. however, the chef said first to eat these and went on with the crepes. also, the electricity went out with breakfast and tinks became warm fast. the room was still dusty and felt like it had been a long time since it was cleaned. we like this hotel, however this time we felt like an unimportant number. the sad thing was it was a night to celebrate the 20th anniversary of our marriage. I called, but even when check-in no congrats.

Excellent staff very helpful

Just back from a great stay at the Pullman La Defense. The reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The cleaners were excellent, every day our room was left spotless with clean towels. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station which is easy to use and the area of La defense is modern and quirky and although we did not eat in this area there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. My only constructive feedback was that the bathroom decor in our room was quite tired and I also used the toilet on the ground floor on our last day which unfortunately had not been cleaned to the high standards that our room had. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and area!
