Stayed here overnight during trip through north of sweden. Rooms were clean and no issues there. No car charging present, so if you drive electric, you need to park maybe 500m away from hotel in a parking house. Also the hotel has restaurant, a steakhouse. All in all, this hotel is recommended for travellers with dogs.

The pool/roof terrace was closed with no mention before booking and we didn’t find out we had to book the sauna 2 hours before wanting to use it until we arrived at the sauna. Food was great, staff was very friendly.

During our recent stay at the Grand Hotel Lapland, we encountered a mixed bag of experiences. On a positive note, our room was spacious. However, this potential was somewhat undermined by the use of dated furniture, which gave the space an air of being underutilized or forgotten in time. Moreover, the room was noticeably dusty, and the remote control appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The culinary aspect of our stay: the breakfast, was disappointingly subpar. The quality of the food fell short of expectations, with the bacon being notably limp and unappealing, and the bread felt stale. For a hotel of this stature, the breakfast experience was a letdown and certainly an area in need of immediate improvement. The hotel itself seems to be grappling with an identity crisis. It boasts a diverse range of facilities including a bowling hall, conference hall, swimming pool, rooftop bar, and a steakhouse restaurant. This eclectic mix, though potentially attractive on paper, felt disjointed in practice. It left us questioning the hotel's core identity and target audience. While we understand that such variety might appeal to tourists seeking an all-inclusive experience, for us, it contributed to a sense of inconsistency and lack of focus in the hotel's overall ambiance and service. The hotel's attempt to cater to a broad range of interests and needs seems more confusing than inviting.

Great hotel in an amazing location, o KY a 15 min walk to see the northern lights. Hotel has its own bowling alley as well! Staff were friendly and helpful too!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To be fair I have trouble sleeping when away so the low score is also my issue with sleeping. The queensize bed were two single beds put togheter. The gym was amazing and the restaurant/breakfast area nice. Nice big TV I brought an HDMI to be able to stream.

It was Very Good. The service level was high amongst the staff and friendly. My room was never cleaned but apparently they clean the room only if you ask them to do it. Unfortunately I had no information about that. My mistake but still.

Most wonderful customer service at reception!

New bathroom but the hair dryer is still in the drawer in the room. Whole furniture more than old. Worst thing at all were the employees from the hotel. The staff did not let us finish our questions. Pretended they knew the answers already. Staff at the breakfast wasn‘t even able to say „Good morning“. Won‘t stay there again.

Check in was not very inviting. Room needs a refurbishment - walls look like an old Russian hotel. I believe we had a room in the old part of the hotel.

Let me just start off by saying the taste in music was brilliant! View and facilities were great. Bed was clean and comfy. Staff very friendly.

Got the room closest to the elevator on 5th floor. Terrible noise all night from the machinery. This should not be a room at all - too greedy.

We had a very nice stay. It was only 1 nt. But it was very enjoyable. We had a fabulous dinner on site at the restaurant. They served us even tho they were busy and we did not have a reservation. They were very accomodating. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view.

Good and reasonably priced hotel after hiking in Sarek. Clean rooms and good service from the personnel. Nice saunas/pool to relax in.

All the amenities you'll need in one building bowling, gym, beauty salon, and spa. The breakfast was definitely the best by far. The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay very much.

The quality hotel certainly is named correctly! The hotel is very modern and full of extra amenities. The restaurant probably has the best steaks I have ever eaten!

Very convenient for traveling by train. I enjoyed the walking paths behind the train station around the water. Sauna was nice with a view of the water and hills behind train station. Room was ok but not great. Convenience for the train station was my priority.

Comfortable hotel restaurant with great reindeer steaks. We were staying in Gallivare prior to our journey on the famous Inlandsbanan - the 1,500 km summer only railway through central Sweden. This hotel is close to the station and is the central point for some lovely riverside and mountain walks
