Guest services were great, hotel was clean, my room was comfortable.

Exceptional stay. The check-in set the expectation at tops, and the rest of the stay held form. By 6am, the attached pics share what they bring to your floor. Hot coffee and breakfast snacks delivered before you even got to the elevator.

It was clean and vey pleasant.

We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise. The room was spacious with plenty of room for the two of us. Breakfast was good, nothing special but enough to get us going in the morning. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We took cabs from the airport and to the pier, which was about half the price of an Uber. There is a 7-11 close and a delicious pizza restaurant just behind the hotel. It was a good home base for us as we did a lot of activities on the full day we had in the city. I would stay again!

We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite on the executive floor. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what was “executive” about the floor; it was just like any other corridor. The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity. Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. Cleanliness and hygiene were severely lacking, with linens and towels that were musty and of low quality. The shower gel was empty, and when we inquired about it, the first response was that they were short-staffed. In my opinion, staffing issues should not become the customer’s problem. During off-hours, we saw a staff member lounging on one of the sofas, scrolling through his phone. While I understand everyone needs a break, this should not be done in view of guests. If you plan to use the sparse breakfast, make sure you’re on time as they close the doors promptly.

Stay was ok. I don’t feel it was worth the price. The bar didn’t even have cola for a mixed drink. The breakfast was adequate for being a free breakfast. It’s ridiculous to have to pay extra for parking when you’re paying so much for the room, especially with the tweakers hanging out in the parking lot.

Fixing the garage elevator would have greatly improved the property's overall rating.

Staff were great, room was nice. Downtown Seattle and the I5 outside can be noisy, but that’s not the hotels fault. Nice stay for the price.

Only complaint is the cost for parking. $40 per day is a little steep after spending 7 days at about $800 for the week. Adding $290 to that was a lot. IMO

Some members of the desk staff were not knowledgeable about the area when I asked where some things were. The person who checked me in had some difficulty. He also checked me out. When I asked about our transportation, which was booked through the hotel, he said I didn’t have any. He confirmed I did when I asked about it at check in. Then he located it and said it was booked for the 7th. I had to tell him that today was the 7th On 2 occasions I had dinner at the restaurant. The first night it was busy The second time I had a different server. I didn’t even know he worked there—he was sitting at a table texting and had a glass of water. After being served, he never came back to refill my water glass or bring the bill. When I went to the bar to pay my bill, it was a dollar and change more than I expected. When I looked at the receipt it was not for my order—it was for a drink for another person. I did get a refund for the amount overpaid. Felt like he didn’t care and didn’t want to be there Restaurant does not offer deserts. Very limited menu
