This hotel is extremely outdated. They have not maintained the property very well. The dog fees were different on hotel.com and when we got there they charged us more and didn't care at all that hotels.com had it advertised for less. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. I highly recommend you find a better place to stay

The hotel was nice and clean but a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable and our room was pretty big. The shower pressure could have been better. The pool area is nice and clean. The pool is unheated. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay there again. There is a lot to do around the area.

This is a no frills hotel. The big plus for this property is that it is always very clean. I regularly stay in Green Valley. I have never been disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. I can’t say that about the other hotels I have visited in Green Valley.

Comfort Inn is not a Hilton or Marriott, but it was a nice property, very clean, an excellent value, in a very safe location. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff was exceptionally friendly, easy to chat with. I’m very glad we stayed there

We atayed there for 5 days and the breakfast is the absolute worst I have tasted and Ive been to a lot of free breakfast. Coffee was weak and horrible tssting, no amount of sugar can fix it
Juice was watered down or machine wss broken.
Scrambled Eggs were almost powdered and had a wierd aftertaste
The sausage patties had a yellow color and disgusting. Im not sure what meat it was supposed to be.
We ate at the Arizona Family Diner every morning.
The pool lift looks like its never been maintained. We found a black widow spider makes her home in the metal pipes. Pointed it out to the night clerk and manager..doubt it gets addressed
Overall, room was good size. Hottub was great. Everything else needs major updating. Especially the pool and pest controls

The property needs updating. My husband sat down in chair at the desk and it turned over backwards! Dumping him on the floor! The Cooling system did not work properly. Outside the front entrance was not cleaned well and cigarette debris was smelly. Looking out the window in our room to the back of the property we saw old lamp shades lined up on the ground. We did not stay our reserved 2nd night !

Front desk individual unfriendly and not proactive at all. Appears to be in the wrong job! Overall the hotel is shabby and the continental breakfast is very unexciting with most things stale. We will NOT stay in this property (90 Esperanza Green Valley AZ) ever again.

This hotel room was dirty, old, dated, and has the most uncomfortable beds. The outdoor areas surrounding the hotel are lined with trash and look like a homeless encampment. The prices quoted online for pets are inaccurate. They charge more than what is posted. I would not recommend staying here.

On December, i stayed one night. I reported the water fountain broken. 3 weeks later the same water fountain still broken. The conditions of the bathrooms are declining, need a lot more maintenance. Thanks

Not so good. We will never stay here or at any other Comfort Inn again. Not terribly clean - the hallways had a peculiar smell - and just didn’t seem up to the standards of a place charging almost $150 a night. Too bad there isn’t a a Hampton Inn in the area. Much better bang for your buck!!

I didn’t stay here this night. I tried to make reservations for the following night, but it automatically put in 10/12 instead of 10/13. I was charged for a night I didn’t even get to use. Hopefully this will be resolved and my money will be refunded. If those in the know check, they will see that I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Henderson, NV on 10/12.
It was not resolved as Comfort Inn deemed not to refund the charge to my credit card. Now I’m sorry we made reservations for 10/13 and stayed there. We won’t be staying there again. We travel through this area a couple times a year and have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Never again, though!!

It's a very nice place with a friendly staff. The room was nice. The breakfast was very good offering scrambled eggs, link sausages, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, toast, waffles, fruits, juices and coffee. Much better than Best Western and Vagabond, as I have stayed in both.

Stay was mostly good, staff was friendly, but it seems that rooms could use a little refresh. The door on my room had a decent size gap towards the bottom and there was as some sort of stain in the bed skirt. No issues with parking and the wifi worked well. I’d possibly consider staying here again, but for the price might look at other options first.
