Best place to be in the middle of everything in Toulouse

Almost everything is great. Service is friendly and the stuff also! We will come back again!

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the sea. Had very nice room for 2 nights. Just a shame that the hotel charges to enter the facilities with extra charge where in other hotels it is included in the price. Rooms can see some upgrade as they are starting to show their age. But all in all a great experience.

Spectacular location on the cliff overlooking the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. 10 minute walk to town with lots of shopping and places to eat. Highly recommended.

The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to restaurant row, which had many great restaurant choices - ROMA PIZZERIA is the best!!! Great pool, beach view, good buffet

The front desk are great some of the wait staff especially at breakfast are less attentive. The hotel itself is very pleasant . great views and beach.our third stay.

Really helpful reception staff, the restaurant staff not so unless their manager was around , the hotel has undergone some major renovations,I would recommend walking into town for dinner most nights as the menu has changed but has a long way to go.Good gym and a beautiful location.

Amazing location stunning views

Buffet breakfast was good, the staff not attentive. The tapas bar food bland. Ate out most nights. The beach and the bay and the views are worth staying here .

The views to the small beach coves from the hotel outdoor terrace was absolutely amazing

Pretty beach and sea area and away from the trashy town. Hotel will downgrade you and make you pay for the original room.

Beautiful property and great hiking trails around the facility. We did have some issues with the safe in our room but the staff worked to fix it for us.

When we arrived we ended up waiting 4 hours for a room to be assigned because the ‘mattresses were being changed’. Obviously that was necessary because the condition of the ones they were removing was appalling. The next day we went out and returned around 3 pm to find that the room had not yet been made up and the bed was flipped on its end against the wall. Again, the same excuse. We went to the front desk, obviously angry, and for the second time in 2 days were given a coupon for a free drink, as if that makes up for any inconvenience! The hotel food was terrible, and I do mean terrible. On one occasion my husband ordered some kind of beef with mushrooms and it arrived cold. Also, it was so salty as to be inedible. No sides, just a little plate of salted meat and mushrooms. I ordered the spaghetti and it resembled no pasta I have ever seen or eaten. We do realize these items are not local cuisine, but after 2 weeks of sausage, salami and ham for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we’d had enough. We did not see one salad on the menu. The next day we tried the ‘bull burger’ and it was so raw that it was bleeding. The hotel desperately needs a new manager and a new chef! One can only imagine how very pampered Spanish people must feel when visiting hotels in other countries, like Canada, where we come from.

The beds where extremely comfortable! The decoration was nice and elegant, the room was big and the breakfast outstanding (try the muffins!)

Have stayed at this hotel many times and will definitely be coming back in the future. It gets full marks from us for facilities, cleanliness great staff and wonderful location

Great staff, renovated rooms, amazing swimming pool and easy access to the beach

It was super except for the noise from the next room at night. IThey were very loud talking etc and we found it difficult to sleep! also the internet was a bit flaky

The location is stunning with the postcard views of the cliffs and little rock island connected with a beach just below the hotel. On the negative side, and this is from the expectations I have on a "4.5 star" hotels with 9.0 average review: -The whole hotel is in need of at least a light to medium renovation, new tiles on the terrace, new floors, painted walls, updated and upgraded furniture and fittings. -The rooms are small and primitive. We had booked a double room with a King-size bed. We first got a room in the main building where the reception is. It was simply tiny, barely room to walk around the bed. I asked for a change, and in another building by the pool we got another room, still on the smallish side but acceptable. -The whole hotel, everywhere, needs a proper cleaning from top to bottom. Corridors, outdoors, restaurants. -Staff is fairly polite but they could give warm and friendly guidance on their corona-rules rather than somewhat harsh instructions. -Their corona-procedure for serving breakfast is very slow and cumbersome, long queues in the morning. I've been to 5 different 4 & 5 star hotels in Spain this summer, so I know that there are better ways to organise it safely. -Same with "no mini-bar in the room because of corona" . Ok , up to the hotel to run their hotel as they want, but other nice hotels in Spain can have a mini-bar managed correctly We'll definitely be back to explore Costa Brava soon again, but I have no urge to re-book this hotel.
