Overall, it was good visit. The only issue was that our bathroom had bath soap and lotion dispensers, but they didn't have enough soap for at least one person. The breakfast options can be improved a little for the price.

Room was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for us. Beds didn’t look or feel like queen size but I double checked with front desk and was assured they were queen sized.

It was awful this time. We didn’t get the room we paid and requested for and then we were overcharged and still waiting on our reimbursement. The drain in the sink wouldn't work so we had to pry it open ourselves and then the tv remote had duct tape on it and was hard to work. The breakfast was not cooked right with his eggs/ very saddened by this stay.

Stayed here last 4-5 years, always perfect. This year something’s changed. Music blasting all night long on and off, joke of housekeeping. 700 dollars for two nights and they don’t provide housekeeping! Apparently it’s provided every two nights. No where in my rental agreement did it mention that. Go elsewhere

This property had an Unos restaurant attached and was really convenient to get to and pick up dinner. It's also next to the hall of Fame museum and i didn't realize how close it was until we got there.

I booked this hotel specifically due to it's distance to Six Flags and it having a pool. I called before check in to see how late the pool was open, and the desk clerk told me that it was open until 10p. Upon arrival, my husband found that the pool was closed and had been. The clerk did not give him an explanation why I was told it was open until 10. My kids were quite disappointed.

The staff was so helpful when I called so My partner (who was not on the reservation) could check in with his son. I had an emergency and had to drive my mother home from the hospital and would be arriving very late. Everything about our stay was excellent and the staff was very helpful and just plain nice.

Was very disturbed with fire exit by my door jammed shut and not able to open. Especially since i was at very end of hall. I was given a handicap bathroom which would have been fine. But with no grip tape or mat in shower. Tile was extremely slippery and my teenager fell because of. And wallpaper was falling off around shower..was fairly dissapointed with stay
