I didn’t like anything. Never going back! No house keeping. No phone. Room smelled horrible

Never stayed they stayed that they didn’t have the room that I booked and closed at 7pm

Employee banged on my door. Insisted he check my room because i was in shower and refused house keeping. He told me someone there before me had crystal meth in the room. He then told me he checked and discovered that person had already checked out. I was beyond afraid at this point. I went to office and it was closed. The guy saw me and apoplogized. By this time im freaked out not knowing what would happen next. I had paid for 7 nights already thru orbitz. I will never recommened this property.

I didnt even get to stay there. After viewing the room I ran away from that property. It stunk of bums, smoke and alcohol. There was stains in the carpet, broken appliances, floor peeling up, chiped wood on the headboards and the smell of marijuana everywhere outside. Not a save of sanitary place to stay for any amount of time.

This place is disgusting. It needs to be torn down. The room I was shown was infested with bugs

Hotel was well priced and a great location however check in time was late at 3pm and the office closes at 11pm so you have to call a night guard to open up to check in. The rooms have a nice television and full kitchen but there were bugs and spots on the wall. Overall average but good for what I needed at the time.

After a long 5-6 hour drive I just wanted to get in the bed. Upon checking in the guy at the front desk is upset and proceeds to have an attitude because I was checking in after 11p. Even threatened to not let me check in since I came in after the time.....but he did. He was very rude the entire time he was collecting my info. Once in the room it was pretty okay. It was clean although there was a hint of the smell of cigarettes even thought it's supposed to be a non-smoking room. I saw no bugs, the appliances ran great, the front door was jacked up tho. It wouldn't close unless I swiped my card from the outside and turned the knob. How ghetto is that!?

Nice place but bugs . Roaches and spiders . Really cute little roaches and spiders but they are still disgusting !!!

It was ok, I had to ask for towels because I didn't have any in my room. And there was something that kept biting me in the room. For the price its ok. Wish that the company would upgrade and provide service and have higher standards.

booking was quick, room was clean, had no problems. I recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a cheaper place to stay.

It was just OK! The front desk attendant was not very nice!! he had to get identification cards for EVERYONE staying in the room. I have never seen such thing. The refrigerator was not in working condition. I wouldn't stay here again.

When I was at this place the room assigned in 3 rd floor, she said no any other room. It was smelly and the carpet was dirty. Never clean that place . All the appliances was broken. Then when I complined move to another room all most same, but because of cold my daughter wants some place to sleep. Any this is not a motel or hotel. Don't ever try this one.

The front desk clerk was very nasty and rude. He has no people skills at all. I've been to many hotels all over and this was by far the worst experience.

I book hotel rooms all over the country through out the year for extended periods of time. In the 6 yrs I have been doing this I have NEVER had an experiance like I did with this place. At one point the guy at the front desk told me he was "sick of dealing with me". This was of course after I had spent a few thousand dollars... to which he informed me "he didn't care what I spent there". The guy kept telling me we didn't have enough rooms booked and he was going to kick my guys out. When in fact we had MORE THEN ENOUGH rooms. But he was so busy talking down to me that he over looked that fact... And the Manager isn't much better.

The bathroom sink was damaged. The carpet smelled terrible. The bed wa uncomfortable and kitchenette cabinet was damaged.

Very nice hotel will tell everyone to come to this hotel cause you are so close to all the eatery place and you can walk to them and it's quiet and I will be back.

Like most others have said, you get what you pay for. the price was very reasonable. It wasn't dirty or smelly. It was a bit smaller than I expected but it served it's purpose. It was very convenient to where I was going and I was only staying one night! We did cook breakfast though and was glad I read the comments ahead of time! If you cook, you need to bring your own cookware! The staff was friendly!

DO NOT stay here. BEDBUGS....nough said. Ok, this site is telling me I have to write more. The room smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner, the carpet was dirty, inside of room was old, dented front door, what more can I say? It was horrible.

It's not the best place you'll ever stay, but considering the price and the kitchenette, this is a good value.

The hotel was comfortable. it was in a nice and quite area with plenty of options for food.

Very nice, Great place to stay for several night with the kitchen area.
