Ive stayed in over 80 hotels and this is by far the lousiest customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Front desk agent does not know how to do her job at all or properly inform us. Absolutely regret my stay here!! Such a waste of money! Only positive thing is I got a piece of chocolate for my birthday. #Yay ..

So nice hotel. But service is poor. My coffee machine was broken and I informed the front desk. They asked me what they should do. I said, a new coffee machine would be nice. No coffee machine showed up. I had to ask multiple times for the sauna to be turned on. I asked if i could do it because they weren't reliable. Nope. You have to ask to get a menu at the hotel bar and get there attention when they are not engrossed in their phone.

I had to book a staying for my family with a very short notice and the lobby service at Radisson Olümpia made sure we could get two connected rooms with extra beds. Also the room service worked like a charm. A warm recommendation!

Favulous hotel within 15 mins walk of the old city, with a big swimming pool and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve encountered. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was ample parking. A great experience all round.

I really don’t understand why people rated eight out of 10. This hotel definitely need to be updated. Receptionist was really helpful. Maria and Robert was the best. swimming pool area is great amazing view from the window. Also, fitness center is wonderful. That’s where is a good things are finish.
Our room was really claustrophobic with a stinky carpet. Shower area are disgusting with mold on the walls. Breakfast buffet was really poor with large flies, sitting on the cheese and other goodies.

I enjoyed the stay and had a good experience of staff and service. Great view from hotel room. I stayed at the other Radisson a couple of years ago and I missed having a roof bar, but otherwise excellent!

Front staff guy was friendly and helpful. Did get an upgrade to 21st floor and restaurant coupon. Sunset and spires of old town view from window. Has a safe and frig and coffee maker and hot pot.

We had a great stay, the hotel is very nice, well located and has a great pool and sauna. We got a free upgrade to a superior room which allowed us to use the pool whenever we liked. Would definitely return if back in Tallinn again

Family room was great, but bedding too small for the size of the bed. Sheets did not fit nor sit mattress cover. Stayed for 9 night and room was never vacuumed and tables not wiped down. Wee had to ask for towels several times. Room service was sporadic and choices very limited. Concierge employees could never make any arrangement for a taxi, booking or trip. All they did was write options on sticky notes. English was at times hard to understand and restaurant staff had minimal notice of English. Checkout was correct.

The breakfast is horrible, the worst in memory, with specific criticism of the food quality, staff attitude in the breakfast hall and the selection on offer. Do not pay for the breakfast, pay for something in the cafe on the ground floor or go elsewhere instead.

Perfect stay and excellent service and attention from all staff. Especially the front desk. Our bags went missing on Lufthansa flight and they helped out with all we needed. Thanks a lot!

It was clearly seen that the hotel will need some updating in the future. We had a suit and it missed some additional toilet paper, extra pillows and AC was very noicy in the bedroom. The breakfast was okay but more of a minimum. Great thanks to the hotel for having the chance to late check out.

The hotel pool is spectacular but the rooms were hit or miss. I booked two and my in-laws room was not bad but our room was smaller even though we were three and they were two. Our room had no coffee maker and a leaky shower. I’d say the rooms looked modern twenty ears ago and need updates.

A couple of positives: the views from our room were nice. And the room was spacious.
And some negatives: parking lot was extremely narrow to navigate, elevators were very quick to close doors and also difficult to call since there was only one button for four elevators, the breakfast facilities were severely undersized, especially coffee serving was poirly executed.

The hotel was well situated for walks into the old town. The only issue was that I was on a business trip and the room did not have a steam iron, when I asked at reception for a steam iron I was told there was not one available. Not very helpful for a business trip.

Radisson Blue in Tallinn has nice amenities. Staff has been very welcoming. Pool and fitness center is free for standard rooms until 11 am.

The staff was friendly and I appreciated them upgrading my room per my benefit as a gold VIP access member, which allowed me access to utilize the spa amenities during open hours. The hotel was located closely to the bus stop. The one con was the room could have been better cleaned. However, overall it was a good stay.
