Very beautiful you need some time to chill, I went there for a couple of nights and I love it . Relaxing hotel , food amazing.

No blame because this was a school holidays week.Food is good an various. We didnt like that we were refused to take breakfast in the terrasse as it was entirely reserved for trainees.

Great location , the property was clean and very very friendly staff

I enjoyed the cleanliness and attention to detail by several employees. However I do think it may be a good idea to move the towel rack to a place so that it does not get soaked every time you turn on the shower. The staff were also able to help me with my requests and I deeply appreciate that!

I have had a six night stay with my family. We have all enjoyed our stay. The Staff were very helpful, particularly at the Hotel reception (Will mention Al Asmer in particular) and at the Restaurant. Our only disappointment with the hotel was the unfair and discriminating rule of not allowing ladies wearing Islamic swimming suites from using the swimming pool. My wife and my two daughter were deprived from the enjoying the pool throughout our hotel stay. As a senior doctor, I find the use of hygiene as an excuse is unfounded. In fact, the risk of transmission of some diseases like skin conditions is higher with larger parts of skin being exposed to the water of the pool!. Moreover, I find this a major discriminating act against Muslims in a Muslim country!

Great hotel and go back every year, the staff are amazing, beach is beautiful and hotel is perfect

Nice hotel very well adapted for small kids. Staff very welcoming and professional. We had quick check in and welcome drinks. The rooms are comfortable and clean - with big double bed, bathtub, small fridge ... They are accessible via elevator or stairs. The hotel has 3 swimming pools: one inside - warmed to 28 degrees with direct access from rooms. And 2 outside pools. It has a small private beach. There are several activities to entertain small kids: a mini club open from 10am to 5pm, a horse riding center (and other animals such as sheep, goats, ducks ...), a big a well furnished playground... The restaurant offer a different buffet dinner every night - always with kids friendly options, high chairs... A kids dinning area is also offered where you could drop your kids or stay with them while watching kids entertainment. The night shows start at 20:30 and are not very loud - no noise can be heard from the rooms. The hotel is well located, close to a small grocery shop and other restaurants. A big supermarket (Carrefour market) is 20 minutes walk from the hotel. We came to Le Sultan several times in the past at different periods and quality is always the same: top quality. Definitely recommend

Friendly staff, good breakfast service, convenient for exploring the area. Yet, the property felt very tired and in need of renovation.

One of the staff on evening shift was very rude, he has no manner in answering my questions but mostly all the workers were very nice especially the dining staffs.

Lots of grass which helps keep everything cooler. European elegance from wait staff. Everything close by. Most staff speak English French and German. Japanese restaurant was quite good. Inside is non smoking but outside is smoking. Excellent views of Mediterranean with gentle soothing breezes. Close by to downtown Hammamet. Lots of excellent tours from hotels to see rich history.

We love this hotel which should be 5*. Staff are perfect, food is super and the prices are low. It’s as good as that. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Horse riding tennis boules swimming (inside and out). Didn’t pay for any of it. We don’t have any complaints except I put on weight. There isn’t Bbc tv, but you will never have the time to turn it on!

There was nothing that stood out or exceptional. Caution should be taken with currency exchange rates.

Right on the beach! Lovely resort hotel with excellent selection of choices for dinner. Very clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Room service available. Lovely looking outdoor pool (just 1) but is not heated so too cold to swim in January and February! Spa with a good selection of services but some walls in the spa are peeling which is of course off putting. Very thoughtful staff. Granted me a late checkout and answered my questions and helped me to embark on memorable tours. Special shout out to Lasmar and Mounir. WiFi available in rooms but patchy. Hotel far from the town of Hammamet

The overall impression of the hotel - it's nice. Personnel is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big and clean. WiFi could have been better, especially in the evenings. What really upsets is the condition of the beach. It not that big but even that small beach was very dirty with trash all over the place.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we returned because we like the location, service, and cleanliness. There are tjings to do on-site (pool table, mini putt, archery, etc... So thats nice. Its right on the beach! Its in a quiet little corner and the service has always been great! Friendly check-in, gave us a late checkout. Housekeeping does a good job! Room always clean when we arrive and even when we have our DND on the door, if housekeeping sees us in the hallway theyll always ask if we want to at least change towels and get more coffee or toilet paper. These little things make all the difference! We will be back!
