Room and hotel very good. Friendly and helpful staff

Great value hotel, all areas were modern and clean and the location in the old town was great. The only downside was the lack of parking. But i would definitely recommend for a budget break.

Brilliant little hotel in a great location. Breakfast had something for everyone and was replenished frequently. Room spacious, very clean, great double shower. Excellent price.

Good location for Old Town and had a great deal for B and B. Room comfortable and enjoyed English channels on TV. No Hairdryer - room quite noisey. Breakfast OK coffee nice typical of a buffet breakfast. Definitely would stay again if her a good deal.

False description of the room given by Expedia and zero help from hotel staff who think a patio/terrace is a indoors 😤

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I went for a long weekend and paid very little. I wasn't expecting the best due to the very good price I got and it turned out to be really good. Staff was super friendly, hotel really clean and well located. I had an issue with the aircon which was then fixed within minutes. I highly recommend.

I was asked at the check in for a copy of the reservation! They should have one! No big deal Room is very simple. Ok but very simple not even a dustbin. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. It’s very good.

Air conditioning didn’t work, shower was a hand held cause broken off wall, tv limited channels, when asked reception to sort out they weren’t helpful. Noisy, the only positive was it was a great location

Reception and bar staff lovely and helpful

Excellent location two streets from front. Very friendly staff on reception and bar, breakfast was fine but make sure you go early as food was cold when we left it until about 9.30. Surprised rooms had no hairdryer.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly front desk. Breakfast was ok. Make sure the juice is fresh and there are more options beside English breakfast. We will be back next month.

Staff on reception always attentive , ready to help in any way . All staff seemed happy-gave impression a good place to work Food was excellent . Great choice for breakfast including cooked. I ate dinner there occasionally and the variety was constantly changing.

A true hidden gem in the old Town, a great addition to the hotel.com portfolio. Friendly welcoming staff happy to see you and everything done to make your stay great. Every room was spotlessly clean, kitted out fully with able bodied and less able facilities that would put many UK hotels in the shade. Mix of people from many nations, Dutch, German,French and British mixing in well. Good entertainment aimed at the older end (i.e me lol) and just a terrific atmosphere. Biggest plus was the relief from kids tearing around shattering the peace and all respectful of others. Great, indeed fantastic value for money and I heartily recommend it.The choice for me next year without doubt. Now if only we could get the mayor to sort out the main avenue which is more akin to a Beirut war zone than a top holiday destination.Thank you to all the amazing staff who seem to love their job.

I only stayed the night and so didn’t have a chance to enjoy the facilities.I didn’t see anything off putting and would certainly like to stay there longer in the future.

Great hotel for a short break.Very clean and good conditioned hotel,very close to the old town.A 5 minute walk to the beach.Highly reccomended!

Property is situated up a long hill.The breakfast was very poorCooked breakfast was cold as air con unit was right above serving units so cold air blows down constantly.staff in restaurant were non verbal , but not to Spanish guests of which there were many.Reception staff were excellent, couldnt do enough for us, booking outings and trips etc.No swimming poolNo comfortable lounge for evenings in.Bedroom was extremely small and no drawers for small items of clothingBeds were very comfortableBathroom was excellent.Written by Pam Stevenson not Karen
