The place is just ok. Rooms had an odor about them. It’s hard to find. Price was right.

Room was clean, but bathroom needs updating. Towel racks were loose and falling off wall. Noisy bathroom fan and needed better lighting. Bed was comfortable, location near ferry terminal and several restaurants in walking distance. Staff was pleasant.

Had a late night check in. First room they put us in was in bad shape. Door dragged across the floor the casing of the door handle was dissaseembled. Snd the toilet didnt flush.cwe immediately asked for a new room and got it. That room was in better shape. But seemed a lil dirty. The door was not very well sealed to the outside. And the room was not very well insulated to outside noise.

The breakfast offering was Cheerios and fruit loops. No eggs, no meat. Apples were the only fruit. Don’t even try the orange juice. Coffee must have come a machine using coffee syrup. Coffe made in the room was good. At 200 per night I expected a little better. So if the price attracts you, go for it but eat elsewhere.

Overall a good place to stay. My only complaint is that the bathroom was incredibly small. May be better if the bathroom door swings outward instead of in. Also you should provide body wash along with shampoo and conditioner.

My wife contracted covid on check-in day. Staff were extremely accommodating in finding available space for me in a second room during our three-day stay during a very busy weekend. Shout out to Jaden and Alyssa for all their help. I did not get covid! Thanks!

They charged $25 each night for our dog, plus a signed dog agreement. This was a deal breaker, will not stay here again.

Wow, almost $300 per night over Labor day weekend for an old motel. Very basic motel room, the outside of the property is shabby, pool is a mess, breakfast room is dismal

The hotel room was very clean and housekeeping was provided on a periodic basis (1 week stay). The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel needs some additional maintenance - the heating unit gave off a burning smell, and the exhuast fan in the shower area did not work (this was reported upon conclusion of stay). The outside area (including pool that was covered) needs cleanup - a lot of moss and dirt on walkways.

We stayed here 20 years ago and thought it would be remodelled. Same carpet, batgroom fan like a chopper in the room, so loud. Outside needs pressure washing and attention for moisture damage. Only saving grace was the bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was no elevator to 2nd floor so as an elderly customer is was difficult caring suitcases upstairs. No coverage on stairwell so get rained on. The lighting was poor especially in the bathroom sink area where to apply makeup/getting ready.

The property is pretty shabby and needs to be remodeled. The stairs to our room were unsafe.

Although the hotel is about a mile or 2 from the town, the hotel was very nice. Transportation to and from the town is very limited and the hotel staff gave phone numbers to call to arrange transportation.

For almost $250 a night, one would expect daily maid service. Not so. Made service is only available for a three night stay

We stayed here 5 or 6 yrs ago and it was very nice. The outside is now run down and a bit shabby. However, all the basics for a good night's sleep were there: comfy bed, quiet airconditioner and -- miracle -- quiet mini fridge. And instant warm water. So room was good.

Very chill service! Lovely people. Not a lot of amenities or anything but it’s close to the ferry and a convenient place to stay for that reason.

This property looks abandoned from the outside. The inside is a bit better but it’s so off putting going in that you immediately feel like you made a huge mistake in booking here. The pool and spa are empty, the fence is falling down, the railings are disintegrating and one of two staircases taped off with caution tape. Paint peeling everywhere. I’m surprised that Choice Hotels hasn’t revoked this franchise given the property’s condition.

Quality Inn and Suites was very comfortable and quiet. There is a small shopping plaza with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful!

Property is shabby. Much deferred maintenance. Wood on upstairs banister is beginning to rot. I was hopeful when Quality Inn took over they would bring quality to this rundown building, but not so. A big disappointment. It has only gotten more decrepit.

Staff at this Motel were kind and helpful but the property looks like they have put off deferred maintenance for years …terrible condition and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room was very clean, but I was surprised that not one housekeeper came by to change towels or empty trash during my Monday to Friday stay. I didn't complain but did mention it when I checked out. I did complain because the television wasn't working, but that was fixed easily and promptly by an employee.
And finally I was under the impression from my booking website that the Quality Inn was close to the ferry landing...it is not.
Everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly so all in all, it was a lovely trip and Bainbridge is a fabulous destination spot.
