Spacious room, easy access to the GO train, plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Excellent! The rooms have been updated. It was bright, fresh and clean. The bed was super comfortable.

This place was a dream. Calm, quiet, clean, safe and spacious.
The building and rooms are in great condition and in a nice area with plenty of places to eat.
The view is incredible as well.
I will definitely be back!

If you stay here just remember a few things. It's old and quite dated so it isn't very nice looking in the room.
Our fridge was quite dirty on the outside and the microwave hadn't been cleaned as there were all sorts of brown bits in it that I had to clean. While you have a kitchen you don't get pots or pans or any utensils to cook your food with. No paper towels, a drying rack for dishes or any hand towels to wash dishes.
Yes, the dishwater worked but to simply wash a few items is a huge waste. We had to ask the front desk for a pan and a pot but they wouldn't bring it to us and we had to wait till the next day so we had to go out to eat which we were not planning on.
We also had to request regular coffee as they left 5 packages of decaf but again,wasn't able to get it till the following day.
The unit is well spaced but absolutely missing very simple items that were frustrating not to have.
Location is beautiful, right in the water and the area is fantastic for night life, dinner, drinks and just walking around.

Person who checked us in was surly. Place was dated but clean. Restaurant was closed. Location was good and good walking paths and food outlets within walking distance.

We’ve stayed here multiple times for it’s spacious rooms, quiet sleep and dining options nearby.

The property is a little dated, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it had a kitchen. Was nice to grab some groceries and keep in fridge. Does need kitchen towels and/or paper towels.
Walkable to restaurants and harbor trail. Parking was across the street and easy. Would stay again for the value.

Overall a decent stay. Room was large with amazing views, but very old school, TV was super small, no water, everything was a bare minimum. Could be an awesome spot with a little attention to detail.

I did not realize we were getting a kitchenette so that was a bonus. Supplies are limited in the kitchen however a request to front desk covers that.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine too. We did not need these as our stay was short.
Room was a good size, clean, attractive and comfortable. The bedroom had its own space with a door which I appreciated.

Disgusting room. And they think they can charge a 500 dollar deposit that isn’t refunded until they “inspect” the room. The moment I walked in I knew it was dirty and disgusting. Horribly run “Inn”. They should be ashamed.

I liked that it had a kitchenette. I loved the location.
I didn’t like that I could hear noises from other units. I didn’t like that furniture was tired. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a spare blanket. Or a chair to sit on balcony.

Very convenient to Port Credit GO station at well as coffee shops and restaurants. Deal clerks wete polite and helpful, allowing me to store luggage for a few hours before my evening flight. Spacious room with kitchen. Good air con!

The room was very spacious and the property was ideally located.
We wanted to stay on the outskirt of Toronto, but conveniently located to public transportation.
The property was an easy walk to the GO station and we were 4 stops from Union Station in downtown Toronto. A 30 minute train ride.
The area around the hotel had plenty of restaurants, bars and shops for us to get something to eat, or pick up coffee.
And it is located next to a lakeside park.

we stayed two times over the course of 7 days, with a break between to travel to another meeting. Our first 4 days were fraught with major noise and partying disruptions on 3 of the 4 nights from the room below us that began at 10 pm, and then again around 3-4 am. After the first night, we let the hotel staff know the impact, on our stay, but it didn't seem to resonate. I have stayed here on several other occasions and this was the first time noise like this has happened. Will also say the rooms, although clean, were not very functional. A great kitchen was available but no pots or pans to use, no other amenities for basic use. We were provided with a cheap one-cup coffee maker while staying in a suite with two rooms and two people. Incredibly challenging to make more than two cups of coffee in the morning. Needs an upgrade and overhaul. Disappointed this stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated and could have more appliances and utensils available in the kitchenette. Port credit area is lovely with lots of restaurants.

Had a pleasant stay. A bit of confusion in the beginning but staff was quick to offer a compromise and we were happy. Wish there had been furniture for the balcony and maybe some pots and pans. There was a 12 cup coffee maker but the coffee provided was for an individual cup coffee maker so was hard to have a good coffee in the room
