The website lists a microwave no microwave. When I asked about it the individual responded he didn't know what I was talking about. No soap, shampoo or conditioner or cups or bags for ice bucket. Im glad I take all things I needed for bath & everything with me. The bathtub had a white muddy substance in it. I had to scrub it before we could shower. The sponge I carried with me was black & sticky from whatever was in the tub. I carry a door alarm with me and good thing because there was a half inch space between door & frame with door closed. I wasn't sure if at first in the bathtub if something was in it or if the water acquifer had gone bad because of the dump that was there off John King Road. I'm not sure if it was ever cleaned or just filled over & built on.

Puddle of water on the floor. No light bulbs in the light fixtures. Loud area around the motel. Non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in. Breakfast was listed and not available. Will never stay at a Super8 again.

This was not a hotel I would ever want to stay in. The AC was leaking all over the floor. It was not clean. The smoke alarm was in a drawer. There was a hole in the wall and the outlets in the restroom did not work. Could not use the hairdryer. The service was awful and rude. Stay away!

It was pretty good

I had booked over a week early. Our room was not cleaned when we arrived. Then got another room. No WiFi at all! There is a beehive right near office. And it is very noisy from the traffic. Would not go back.

Bed and pillows were wore out. Electrical outlets on left side of bed did not work.light switch in bathroom had no cover and water in bathtub was running and would not shut off.

My mom and I stayed here while we were in town visiting a friend. The hotel is an older building, but for the price, the facility delivered! The room was clean and updated and the person at the desk had a smile on his face and was very personable and accomodating when I had questions. The only thing that this property has going against it is that it is situated off the main road in Crestview and sometimes you can hear heavy traffic noises at night. Other than that, this property was a good deal for the price!!☺️

If I could give a 0 stars, I would! Before checking in I wa a notified by the receptionist that there was no HOT WATER to which I replied that I need to check with my husband since we had a baby with us. The receptionist then proceeded to check me in to an apparent room with hot water. Long story short we go to the and it was stinky and dirty. I called Expedia to keg them know the situation and the tell to try to handle it directly with so I proceeded to go to the lobby to tell the guy that i want to cancel and he said yes it’s fine he can cancel and I will get a refund. I asked him for confirmation and he said I would get an email this never happens after a week of trying to get hold of the manage who is the only one that can process the refund they tell me I will not get a refund. This place is a scam, they offer breakfast which they don’t have, the place is nasty! Btw this is my second review since EXPIDIA rejected my first review.

You get what you get at this price. We rented two rooms. We wanted non smoking and were told that would be an extra $50 each. The shower was gross and I told the kids to wait to take a shower at our Airbnb in Destin as this one looked to have little bugs in it There were cigarette holes in the sheets.

The rate was almost triple price for memorial day weekend, they never had any breakfast Friday- Sunday, no coffee, rooms a little raggedy, fridge had brown stuff on it. The rate for 2 nights was $331, so not worth it.

Terrible facilities, TV, no, the shower didn't work either, outside, people smoking on the stairs, it simply cannot be recommended.

My friend in the room next to me asked for extra towels and she was told to bring the dirty ones to the office and they would give her clean ones. Also large trash can outside our rooms was overflowing and never emptied for three days. Not Wyndham standards.

Bright light shined in the room all night. Floor was dirty and 2 weird males lurking around that made us fill unsafe.

Guys machine wasn't working no plastic cups in the room. Not a very good area in general. Very disappointed!

I was charged $15 fee for have my small dog join me in the room. I asked for towels because I was provided with 2 small towels and I was denied towels. The bathroom sink doesn't have pressure. The details on this hotel saud they provide breakfast but when I checked in they said no breakfast.

Poorly run motel from checking in to checking out. also overpriced in comparison to other motels we stayed at on this same trip. i would not recommend this motel or any motel connected with the Wyndham name. also false advertising since you listed free breakfast and there was no free breakfast. also, there was only one facecloth, no hot water, sink was clogged up, refrigerator was old and peeling, microwave was discolored and unappealing. overall, this place should have been condemned.

Tub had hair from someone else and a bar of used soap for Mat for shower was really dirty, floor and room was dirty as well

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Filthy, so dirty we couldnt even shower. No towels, no toiletries. No breakfast, nothing to drink in coolers, nothing to eat or snack on, empty vending machines, no coffee even. We were very disappointed. Wish i could get my money back. Said hot breakfast ... they meant at waffle house across the street which happened to have the best service and servers, my hash browns were perfect. But the only good thing about the hotel was the guy at the front was nice. First room didnt have hot water at all. Had to move. It was luke warm in second room. Just keep driving

The overall stay was terrible. Our room had no hot water hardly. It smelt like pure crap when we walked in the room.

Would not recommend. This property should be condemned. It was unsafe, dirty, and run down. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review. That’s how bad it was.

I honestly can’t even believe I was charged for a single night here. I have pictures to prove that half the lights didn’t work, we tried to move lightbulbs around to make two of them by the bed work. One was broken so it didn’t even accept the lightbulb. The hairdryer was melted. There was no smoke detector. I was scared to use the bathtub due to this. And there were homeless drunk people walking their pit bulls through from sunset until sun up, along with all sorts of people playing music loudly outside their rooms so my son couldn’t sleep. I have pictures to prove all this. I get that it’s cheap, but it’s not even worth $10 a night. Honestly.

DON'T STAY HERE !!!! No hot water. I let the water run for 20 minutes in the sink and shower to no affect. I had to take a freezing shower prior to a morning meeting. I have never graded a hotel so low but this place deserves less the 1 Star. I told the lady at the front desk about this and her only response was that she would tell her manager.

There is a Whataburger across the street. What more can you ask for?

This place was represented incorrectly there was no breakfast nor coffee, tv didn’t work, refrigerator was broken it felt like sleeping on a loud box spring, there was yelling and cursing in the night and barking dogs

The first room given to me had someone already in it and in bed. She was not happy when i opened the door. The second room didn’t have a working TV, only one of the lamps in the room worked so i had to carry around a light bulb to lamp to lamp if i wasn’t near the light source. The sheets were soiled and the fridge was rusted all over the outside.
