Female staff ok but male staff on desk rude and unhelpful. Entertainment poor.food poor.pool dirty.not enough sun beds or tables an chairs.shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Huge damp patch on bedroom wall where shower leaks. Bad smell in room from drains..

We stayed here in September for a week,upon arrival there was a little problem but that was on our side,this what quickly resolved and we got given the keycards to our room, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. During our first night we thought the aircon was not working, a member of staff who seems to work at nights was unable to have a conversation in English and we ended up asking another member of staff the day after. The problem was the balcony door has to be shut in order for the aircon to work. (The technician and i had a laugh about it, he also was very helpful and polite). The bad points of the trip was that the maids come into the room eventhough we put the sign up for the room not to be cleaned early in the morning. This seemed to be a regular thing throughout the week. The restaurant was excellent, lots of varieties during the week, food tasted good. Only complaint was that on 2 of the days there seemed to be lacking a member ot staff and the members of staff seemed to rush too much in order for us to enjoy our meal. The animacio people (entertainment) was fun, although not enough variety. The staff were nice,had a lot of fun, and got on well with them. Although i pointed out some bad points, Next year we are planning on staying here again but for a big family holiday. One thing I would like to say about this hotel is that it is a good nice hotel, very well organised and apart from a couple, all members of staff were amazing.

We were served in a segragated area of the bar and all drinks were served in tiny plastic cups - you needed 5 or so to make a pint! The drinks were all unknown brands - why don't they state this on the advert when they state 'all inclusive'.

This hotel is ok. There are a lot of bad reviews on the net about this hotel and a lot of them are just not fair. The food is excellant, the menu is different everyday, and it is very well presented. The sports facilities are ok, but a bit old. The pool is nice, and is lifeguarded. The all-inclusive bar is great, with plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from. The biggest thing which lets the hotel down is the staff, don't get me wrong, some are really nice, but some are really miserable. But hey for the price you pay that is to be expected - you wouldn't got to Netto and expect Tesco service would you! I would definately recommend this hotel to others as long as you expect a 3 star hotel you won't be dissapointed. (its worth the money just for a weeks all inclusive bar!)
