Loved their proximity to everything. Mathau the waiter was the best on staff in their restaurant!

It was very well situated on the main street. We had the corner room 304. It had excellent views from both windows. The room was spacious with a couch and area to relax in. The beds were very comfortable and the room had been updated well. And the air conditioning was great, which was not the case with our rooms in Basel or Zurich. The only downside was that the tub was about 6 inches higher than the floor to step out of. And two of the mornings the breakfast items hadn't been replenished. We were told they had a big group traveling before us and to be patient. But, the overall experience at this hotel was great! So convenient!

Great location. 2-3 mins walk to Interlaken west. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Bathroom layout is a bit strange, bathtub is atleast 2-3 ft higher than the rest of the bathroom floor, so may be difficult for people with disability. No AC which I guess is consistent with most hotels in this area. Hotel restaurant and bar, both are excellent. Overall great place to stay.

Very close to the train station. Had a room that faced the street. Not too noisy with the windows closed. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly, comfortable bed, convenient location

This hotel is just amazing, pretty awesome experience, we loved the location, staff is great as they are super friendly, always happy and super helpful. A Must stay! Hotel Krebs is located just 3-5 mins walk to Interlaken West Train Station. Rooms are great, clean, AC, Great views, Wonderful room service, pretty cool breakfast, coffee is amazing, just can't say enough! We would stay here again most definitely, we stayed 5 nights, wish trip was longer!

Clean and well located for Interlaken West railway station

The property was conveniently located next to train station and everything was walkable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked how the room had AC and was very spacious. Although on main street, the room was very quiet with outside noise. The only negative for me was the mattress was extremely soft and lumpy.

The room was nice, the location excellent. The only thing that didn’t impress was the breakfast. They didn’t have cheese on the buffet, the coffee was terrible and it took awhile for replenishment. The staff was kind and helpful

Comfy beds!

Really very nice little Hotel Krebs near the Train Station Interlaken West.Only 200m+ to walk. Small entrance opening onto the main sidewalk on Bahnhofstrasse. If you arrive early (before 3pm), you can check in first and leave your luggage with the reception staff. You can explore the town of Interlaken or take a quick trip to either Brienz (train takes 18mins, take the Boat instead which is 1 hour+) or Grindelwald village. (Make sure you buy your SwissPass at least 2 weeks before your travel). Hotel comes with breakfast included. I had half-board which also provided dinner. Breakfast is straightforward western-style buffet with cold and hot food, bread, spreads, yoghurt, fruits, coffee, tea, juices, milk. Good quality and more than enough. Dinner is a 3-course set menu with Starter, Main & Dessert. Basically the items they serve in the restaurant, and you can customise it if you wish (order in advance on the same day). Breakfast/Dining room also has 2 dispensers for free cold (still and sparkling) water for hotel guests only. Swiss Tap water is clean and tastes nice and is safe for drinking. Staff are helpful. Room is spacious, clean, with a good shower. Toiletries also provided. Excellent base to explore the region. Of course one highlight is Jungfraujoch. But you can also take the funicular train up the Harder-Kulm where there are good views of the mountains and also a restaurant. Once you are ready to leave, the hotel checkout is fast. I enjoyed the stay.

Just what I needed. This is a solid spot to spend a few days/nights in Interlaken. Good staff, good rooms, close to a lot.

My favorite part was a cat that stays there. He greeted every morning. The free breakfast was really good too!

Great location next to Interlaken West Train Station

Excellent place to stay as it met all our requirements. Staff are very friendly. We loved everything about this stay!

For the amount we paid per room we truthfully expected better. The rooms are old, hot and stuffy. The showers are built in a ridiculous way it will almost cause flooding outside of the bathtub area, which we were then warned a fine would be imposed if flooding occurs.

Very old property , not worth the dollars paid. If you are from America, this is compared to motel 69 for $$$. Not recommended at all.

Easy to walk to from the station beautifully clean with great food. A fantastic breakfast.

Fantastic service, great breakfast, and easy stay. A bit hot in the room but otherwise 10/10.

Rooms were clean. Close to train. Hotel seemed dirty upon walking in and didn’t give a good vibe right away. Smelled gross. No A/C. Front desk rude. Not worth the money, would rather go some other hotel in the area.

Wooden floors were a bit noisy and some aspects of the inside of the hotel might need improvements, but the building itself was charming and confy. Personnel were kind and attentive and the servive itself was perfect. Thanks.

No complaints- location is close to shopping stores, very close to train station. The breakfast choices are pretty good, staffing were accomodating!
