Shower didn't have a curtain was out of pillows and towels the tissue box was soaked but the front desk was nice to give us a new room

We stayed in a regular room, downstairs, with 2 queen beds. Everything was in tact and working. The condition that the walls, doors and ceiling were in, were a but questionable.

Bed was very not comfortable squeaked and loud. Heard the people beside us both nights not soundproof. Very loud. Paper plates and styrofoam cups very flimsy.

Our experience overall was very good. I don't know if the shower/tub is being renovated or not but the shower needs to be improvements. My husband said bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was what we expected.

We needed a one night stay when moving family to the area. Beds were comfortable, staff was great, free breakfast good. Only complaints is that the room smelled and the AC made noises even when it wasn't running. Served it's purpose at a fair price.

Rooms were clean enough but the property could be in better condition. Seems like random people were coming on property to use the ice machine and vending machine. Would not swim in that pool.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Older property, seemed like it went through some renovations but work was not of the best quality. There was a couple of roaches and a fly in my room.

After staying multiple nights in a hotel room that was under my name this week, one of the staff told me I was not allowed to be on the property. She stated I was on the 'Do not rent to' list. The day before yesterday I had a room in my name and almost had my deposit roll over to yesterday. Yet nobody said I was on that list. She also said that the rest of the staff wasn't doing their job and checking the list. Way to go Karen.

They are great people here. The only staff and hotel who actually cared about my twin brother and our disabilities, they dealt with. I owe all of you. I love you and sorry we had a few disability episodes. You cared so much about it . Thanku. Thank you!

Some of the front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful. Our shower only produced scalding hot water and we had to move rooms. I called in advance to confirm the pool was available and was promised it was (for the kids) however, when I arrived it was closed for several days.

Roadside delay. Hotel was convenient. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. NOT A DESTINATION HOTEL! Place was falling apart, broken smoke alarms, holes in everything,A/C struggled to work,... Lots of vagrants around. Sketchy area. Staff was friendly.

Overpriced for the worst Hotel ive ever been in. Mold in the rooms, nothing worked(fridge,ac,tv) staff never came with towels. And rooms are allowed to be used by prostitution. Human Feces around all property in and out!. I will be contacting Health Department with legal action.

When we first pulled up it looked sketchy. The second we got into our room we were smashing bugs on the ground. There were holes in the wall that would make anyone uneasy. Looked under the fitted sheet on the mattress to make sure it was clean and the mattress protector they had on was atrocious and covered in stains. The sheets felt like sand paper as well. We didn’t end up staying in the room for 15 mins before leaving for the hotel next door. Do not recommend staying here. Go to the hotel next door instead. It’s much cleaner and 10x nicer.

We arrived at the hotel at2pm. The not so friendly front desk person after I told her I had a reservation said I can’t check you in until 3: pm. I said ok. I looked around the lobby and then went back out to my car. I drove around the property again and my wife said to me “I am not staying in this dump. I agreed and checked in to the County Inn next door to the Days in. I was so turned off that I didn’t even try to get my money back. I am retired. I worked in the hotel/casino business for 52 years. I would be ashamed and embarrassed to put my name on this Days Inn. Actually I think it should be ripped down and replaced.

It seems this place is overridden with junkies. The unit we were in was gross. The walls were stained, it reeks of some odd nasty smell, and the tv/remote didn’t work. Very disappointed. You leave there feeling the need to disinfect yourself.
