There were endless flies swarming the property, in the office and the rooms. Tried to switch rooms but the flies had taken over inside room two as well. Had to stay elsewhere /Refund pending

the staff members are very friendly, but the manager was not nice. on the day of checking out, i understand the time is 11:30am, my daughter is about to pick me up before 12 noon, so i went to the office to tell the staff about this (that i may be check out a few minutes late) before the staff can speak the manager said no exception and want me to evacate with my luggage and stay outside under the tree to wait, very inconsiderate. this is around 11:30am, within minutes my daughter arrived.

The guy behind the counter was very short and had terrible customer service skills, not very helpful at all and I am disabled, I can just imagine how he is with other customers. Is is dressed very unprofessional as well

I am always pleased to stay at the Arcadia Motel 6. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and quiet and safe, the Santa Anita Racetrack is literally right across the street, and In N’ Out is just a mile away! And sometimes you get to see and hear beautiful peacocks.

It's below average experience and very poor service. No soap/shampoo inside room. It's mentioned while booking mini microwave/refrigerator but nothing in the room

The first room that they gave us smelled like a homeless shelter got a second room and it looked like they had a party and was trashed the third room the floor was super sticky and bathroom was dirty the room was super tiny compared to the pictures

Good stay for the price. Can’t complain about much it was an updated room and good location near stores and places to buy food.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions and requests you have. Room, though a bit crowded (two queen beds), is very comfortable and clean. The refrigerator froze everything though but was not a real problem. Housekeeping would have been nice if they asked if we needed fresh towels or bathroom tissue (was a 4 day stay). But other than that, Everything was great. The friendly and jovial staff made up for the not so great housekeeping. The peacocks in the parking lot at morning times are fun to see as well.

Best service clean room, staff was above accommodating and they were friendly kind and, very attentive to my request. I would differently stay again.

Had a horrible experience at this location. Was told upon reserving that the room would have a queen bed, the bed was barely a full size bed. Myself and the person I booked it with could barely fit on it, and neither of us are large people. Tried talking to the person behind the desk and he insisted it was a Queen. I’ve slept on queens and this was not a Queen, but okay. The water shut off within an hour of being there with no explanation and no estimate of when I might come back on. The bathroom was moldy and there were earwigs crawling on the floor. The room smelled very odd and felt dank. We tried desperately to sleep because we were exhausted but we just couldn’t. After about an hour or two we decided to leave. I tried to see if I could get a refund since we were only in the room for less than two hours, but I was refused. Even with no running water. I’ve stayed at some motel 6s in the past that were totally fine. My expectations are never high because I’m very aware it’s a budget motel, but this one was downright uninhabitable.

The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The grounds were immaculate. The room was fairly typical Motel 6; old, sparse but it was clean and everything worked as it should. The location was so much nicer than almost any other Motel 6 that we've stayed at. What bothered me most was that as nice as the grounds were, people still left their dog poop on the grass areas. There were poop bags and super nice areas to walk dogs and have them relieve themselves. Yet people still left poop. What's the matter with them???

Okay for a Motel 6

They canceled my room key a day before I even checked out I still had a whole other day to be there and front desk was like oh really you have one more day here I’m like yes i do! She checked and fixed my key like yeah thank you….but other than that it’s cool they nice friendly people there…

I stayed here for three nights, and my room was never cleaned. When I asked the receptionist (very friendly), they said they only clean rooms for guests that stay for a week or more. I dont know if this is common in California, but this has never happened to me anywhere else.
