A lovely room that made the visit very special

This is the best place to stay if you are visiting the Kingston area. Easy walk to city center and hampton court palace. Very clean rooms, nice restaurant / bar, and amazing service from the entire staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Hart, excellent service, excellent food & drink & fabulously comfortable room. Would happily stay again, conveniently located near Hampton court palace which we were visiting.

Just a very nice hotel. Close to the town and walks along the River Thames close to restaurants.

My new favourite place, beautifully located our stay was fab. Ample parking, the room had an iron without me needing to ask and both tea and coffee and fridge facilities. Lots of charging points for our devices (13 year old son) and air conditioning which was fab. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were a delight. The food choices were slightly limited but very very nice indeed and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a number of places this summer including some very expensive hotels but this was by far my fav. Back for Xmas for sure. Can’t say enough about how lovely it was xx

I loved this place. We did have a little trouble with our first room. AC. Once we mentioned it they immediately got us another room. Would love to come again.

I visit the area alot for work. The White Hart is the best place to stay if you are visiting Kingston. Close walk to everything, yet perfectly quite to rest for the next day.

We recently stayed at The White Hart Hotel for our wedding, and we cannot express enough how perfect everything was. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism, making us feel special and well-cared for during such an important time in our lives. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately clean. We were lucky enough to stay in a suite, which was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, providing a peaceful retreat amidst all the excitement. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our wedding weekend a wonderful experience for us and our guests. Whether it was providing recommendations, helping with last-minute arrangements, or just checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel like the most important guests in the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning – the decor, the ambiance, and the overall atmosphere were elegant and welcoming. The location was also ideal, making it easy for our guests to explore the surrounding area when they had free time. We cannot recommend The White Hart Hotel enough to anyone planning a wedding or simply looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. They truly helped make our special day even more magical, and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories we now have of our time there. We will definitely be returning to celebrate future anniversaries!

Great location. Close to Thames Path which we were walking. Very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Room very specious.

The hotel was in a perfect location, beautiful, clean, staff and service were outstanding. But… our room was so hot I had no sleep. We had 3 fans, took the duvet cover out and just had a sheet plus cold showers. The air con in our room didn’t work, despite advertising it has it. We found the mattress very hard for us and not comfy. It was a shame because everything else was wonderful and it wasn’t cheap either.

The room was not as advertised (bed is not really a king-sized bed) and we were therefore unable to stay at the hotel as a family of two adults and one 6 year old child. Hotel reception said we'd be able to get a refund on the room and we therefore booked at another hotel. But the manager later refused to honor what was promised and has not refunded us anything regardless of the fact that we did not stay at the hotel for any nights. Very bad service and I would not recommend this hotel because of it.

One of the best hotels in the area. Rooms ready on arrival to an exceptional standard. Always greeted very well by the staff. Freshly cooked breakfast is a treat in the mornings, plus the evening food is really good. Definitely worth staying here.

The staff goes above and beyond. The dining is excellent. Parking is great for such a busy location.

The room was amazing. Clean comfortable and one of the best I’ve stayed in. I have high standards so that says it all. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Also the food was lovely. Not cheap but when it’s excellent you don’t mind paying that little bit more! Was a very special occasion and I wasn’t let down. Would definitely go back in a heart beat

Dog friendly. Central location. Breakfast wortg it. Internet and tv not that great.

Service & quality at this hotel is excellent & it’s well located with easy parking.

Located ok. Road works outside was a nuisance but should only be for a short while. Smell of smoke in certain areas. Main concern was the lack of security around room access. Only card security door was not working therefore non residents had access to all corridors from the bar/ outside.

I have known this venue for many years when I lived in the area, but was unaware of the hotel side of the business. To use it as a place to stay was a really pleasant surprise.

Enjoyable stay - seeing old friends. Easy access to the Thames with regular trips to Hampton Court which was excellent. Ideal spot for Twickenham rugby. Lots of good shops over the bridge and numerous waterside restaurants.

We had a fab time at The White Hart when we were celebrating 50th birthdays with friends. Karen made our stay special and nothing was too much to ask. Good food both at breakfast and in the evening. Central location.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Welcomed and served by pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary chocolates, water and the range of teas and coffees available. Being able to park at the hotel was a bonus as was the quality and service of breakfast.
