Staff unable to provide adequate directions for parking. 'You can look it up on the internet' which, unfortunatel had poor reception given the surrounding buildings.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms and reception areas were quaint and medieval and comfortable. The only thing was the Astroturf in the courtyard was not keeping with the general style but a minor thing. Overall would definitely stay again.

We really liked the property. We had two young kids 1.5 and 3.5 and they accommodated our needs. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ter. Staff was very attentive and friendly and accommodated our request for a canal view room. The room was a bit small but overall very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There is a small closet for luggage storage in lobby (it’s a bit tight and uncomfortable to move luggage in and out) other than that, everything was perfect. There is no elevator because it is an older building.

Love this hotel. It’s a short walk from everything you want to see in Bruges. Quiet neighborhood, charming building and rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is outstanding and the bar is open as late as you wish. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good sized rooms. Location was a little outside the main central district, but walkable to all the main places. Staff was excellent and helpful in providing maps and suggestions for sight seeing.
