Comfortable and convenient. Great location next to shopping centre and ladies markets. Very easy to get around all of Hong kong with the MTR 3 mins walk or all buses. Central 10 mins away. Hotel more comfortable than most but cleaning and maintenance not 100%. We had a broken electric blind the whole time which caused a bit of distress but other than that pretty good.

Stay at this good hotel for 3 nights. No matter facilities or services are all quite nice.

Well maintained although decor could probably get an update. Location in Mongkok is still one of the best with MTR, shopping mall, restaurants and street shopping just around the corner.

We booked this because it was the best deal at the quality level we sought, and it did not disappoint. The room had a fantastic city view, the restaurant offered an excellent breakfast buffet, and the rooftop pool and spa area was top notch. All in an easy location for getting around the city.

I stayed in 40th floor, the view is so nice! Club louge -- food is nice, drinks are wonderful, seats with open view is so nice.

You're in the city with all the activity, restaurant over rated but sommelier wine tasting amazing. Ask for Noble Pool, Spa excellent

Staff were rude. Don’t bother making any requests. Location is fine rooms are clean and spacious but service is just disappointing. The staff will avoid eye contact so as not having to serve you. Hardly see any smile and waited long for check in.

Convenient location

The hotel room is quite old. Hotel service was ok. The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping.

I wasn’t very happy with my stay at the hotel. Even though I was staying in the executive floor, I felt the cleaning staff were really mediocre with their work. They never replaced our soap and bathrobes after they were used. The bathroom sink never got washed during our 4 night stay, they, they way they made up our bed was even worse than how I would make up my own bed, very unprofessional and not tidy. At the end of the day when you come back to your room, you don’t have the clean and fresh feeling like any of the other hotels in the same price range would give you. The room is small, it’s a clear wall between the bathroom and sleeping area so at night or in the morning you would get bothered by the light from the bathroom. And one last thing: the doors close with a loud shut, and we were very unlucky having a family who occupied three rooms across from each other next to our room, they started to visit one another’s room at 4am, opening and shutting the door every 15 min or so…I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay here ever again!

Always a pleasure to stay here. For the value it is awesome.

I really liked this hotel. I received a very nice upgrade and the room was fantastic. Staff is very eager to please and make sure everything is just right. I loved the full-service and spacious gym (with GREAT view), and the 20 meter pool). What a treat to be there. I will definitely come here again every time I visit Hong Kong.

With the exception of Lily, the staff was less than warm and welcoming. Swimming pool area was very noisy with the cleaning and power washing while guests were there (they should’ve cleaned when the pool was closed). Made for a very unpleasant experience.

Excellent location and amenities, co-located with subway station and a huge shopping mall with cinema and good restaurants. Mongkok is a very cinematic district within vicinity of old school Kowloon sites of interest
