The front desk guy was so helpful. We were definitely problem children! The hotel was clean, most quiet, and we woke up to hundreds of balloons! It was great!

The balloon ascension was close enough to watch some from a distance in the parking or a long walk closer. Staff was friendly. No shower curtain, and the door to the shower had a hole in it where someone had kicked it. The front door glass was taped up. It was a little rough looking, but fine for the $, and I didn't have any safety issues.

Great place to keep my stuff while I worked. Beds are a bit firm but didn't bother me after an 18 hour work day. Shower and water pressure were great. Maid came in and gave me fresh towels, made the bed and took the trash. No fridge or microwave in the room. Just a community microwave down stairs in the lobby. otherwise was an inexpensive place to stay and got the job done.

I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always kind and go out of their way to help. However no microwaves in the rooms so you have to go downstairs to the front to warm anything up.

Economical and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. This is a sold choice for no-frills comfort and value.

The manager is very rude and does not want to help customers with issues, the bathroom was filthy, the floors were sticky, the tv barely works

restroom sink was hard to turn on... water was leaking under the faucet... floor tiles not properly glues/nailed to floor...no coffe pot no phone....no clock

No shampoo, only soap.

The front desk was consistently rude to us and when asked why I was told we could find another place to stay. The hotel looked as if it was going to be renovated because things were taken down and just looked odd. We were told very rudely it was not being renovated.

Front desk service unacceptable! No customer service skills at all. Is that the best Albuquerque Motel 6 offer.

No parking available. Staff not very friendly at check in. Lobby is not inviting. No breakfast. Bathroom needs updating. Bath and toilet stained. Bath and sink drains not working. Clean, comfortable beds.

The front windows had plexiglass because they had been knocked out. Cars in the parking lot looked like people were living out of them. My room was near an exit and people went in and out of it all night. I was honestly worried about my car in the parking lot. You could hear the people above you and next to you. The room was clean.

Convenient to the Balloon park and other commercial facilities.

Got 2 Rooms and they were extremely dirty. The bed sheets had stains and the showers had hair everywhere. There was alot of Loitering in the parking lot.

Rooms are actually clean and updated. Lobby is just a check in desk and not appealing. Not a bad part of town.

The hotel wasn’t bad, although they really should fix the front door of the lobby; gives off a bad vibe. The neighborhood was sketchy, but once we got to our room it was all good. Flooring was loose, beds were comfortable, they had coffee in the morning.

Was a little noisy from the freeway but I brought my fan so no biggie. Would stay again.

The hotel iwas suprisingly larger than it appeared outside. The rooms appeared to be recently renovated. No microwaves or fridges in the rooms, but they were clean.

The location is right off the highway. There's no loitering or people asking for change in the parking lot. It's clean and quiet and the front desk is always nice and helpful. The pool is a great plus for the price in my opinion. I get rooms here often with my husband because we don't have to look out our window every 2 minutes to check on the car. The only issues i have are that the blankets sometimes have cigarette/burn holes. The pillows aren't the best and they only put 2 on the bed so we have to bring our own. Only 1 washcloth, i know that's weird thing to mention but there's 2 of us and some people want a separate 1 for their face, like i do.

The floors where dirty, old and lifting. Darnage in the shower was poor. When flessing the toilet was too loud

No refrigerator and the ice machine and elevator was out

We stayed over a week. There are no mini fridgerators,no microwaves, there are roaches and the elevator doesnt work on a 3 story building. Motel 6 is a big corporation so I expect better service and better accommodations. The general manager Erica was caught by me in our motel room using my adult toys with a handful of my husbands under clothes. Nothing has been done about this incident even after i reported it to corporate and better business bureau. She also had no professional communication skills or professional customer service.
