Bathroom was so dirty property smelled like smoke

Our room was filled with live and dead cockroaches and left over toilet paper from previous guests, dead roaches on the chairs. No microwaves or mini fridge because they're all out back in a pile from what I'm guessing was an infestation. This place needs to be closed for a few days and treated for sure. People work hard for their money, they then shouldn't have to spend $185.00 to stay with a bunch of unwanted guests that crawl on walls.

Loud guests. Sub-par service. Hard old beds/furniture. And the entire place WREAKS of marijuana!

Disgusting property. Key wouldn’t work for the first room. Once that was fixed and I was inside, the sheets were full of hair and had cigarette burns all over them. It was clear the room had not been cleaned prior. I requested a new room and the next one also had hair all over the sheets and they felt wet. Toilet in the bathroom made noise all night. Walls were so thin you could hear everything outside. Someone rattled my doorknob in the middle of the night. Overall incredibly unsafe and unhygienic. Couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

stinky, dingy, poor quality, depressing

There is a sign at check in that states, 'no refunds after 15 minutes of check in.' We found out why that is after we were in our room for an hour or so. Cockroaches! Disgusting! The room was dirty, smelly and the toilet and shower were damaged and dirty.

It’s a motel so i honestly didn’t expect much but what stood out to be really bad was i saw cigarette burns on the floor of the bathroom. Also the sheets somewhat had stains and towels looked worn out.

It was not what I expected to be from the last motel. 6. That I stood in. The room was clean but the sheets had kind of stains. Staff was not run friendly. Usually hotel motel has two pillows. You had one over. Rose is okay. We'll never stay again

The floor was dirty, the bed had 2 dead bugs in it. The towel holder both of them fell off the wall when we hung up the towels. And my partner pucked up her pants a spider crawled out of them.

to start, there was one flimsy pillow on a queen sized bed, had to ask for a 2nd pillow which he got from another room. The hallways haven't been vacuumed in weeks. There was a console area behind the TV with an up light behind it which the guy didn't know how to turn off, it made the room too bright at night. Very thin bedspread which I had to fold in half to keep warm as couldn't get the heat to come on, just the AC. The grounds outside haven't been cleaned up since I don't know when, and the garbage can by the back entrance was over flowing for 2 days. Had to ask for a new swipe key as mine stopped working. I was there for 3 nights and never got fresh towels. Very disappointing and won't return.

This was a small getaway weekend we had planned. First room we got was flooded. Which you could tell it’s been going awhile. The toilet was stained orange from the dripping. It was so moldy and mildew smelling, it made us nauseous. Second room we got was okay. Still smelly. We stayed the night. The next morning in the bathroom was cockroaches. Told the front desk and they had us check out a 3rd room. The shower was caked with dirt and as we turned out the door, another roach. That was it. We couldn’t finish our trip there. Said we would get a refund but not holding our breath. I wouldn’t recommend it to my most hated person i knew

I realize this is an economy hotel but the bed was hard the pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. Very lumpy and there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. It was clean although I killed a couple of bugs. There was no telephone to the front office in the rooms so when the guests in the next room were very noisy at 2am we couldn’t phone to ask the front office to request they shut the noise down. Bathroom was clean with nice white towels and great water pressure.

No shampoo, hairdryer, iron, Kleenex, things you count on finding At a motel. Room was not cleaned daily. Refrigerator and room was dirty. Big gaping hole in screen That I taped up.

It's a nice clean, updated, Motel. The rooms are nice and the staff are very friendly.

Garbage Staff.

Obviously a party spot, loud all night, doors slamming, people trying to open our door. pot smoke/smell throughout the halls. Got locked out of my room, jalfway through neither of our keys worked anymore.

Very rude staff member refused to open the door for myself and other patrons even though it was before the last check in time of 12pm. We had to call the cops to get her to let us in, and ultimately she allowed me to check in since I was from out of state, but not the other two patrons. She said she did not like letting in "people like that". I was lucky to get a room that night, but I will not stay here again. Unacceptable behavior for a hotel in 2024, you need to staff your hotel appropriately overnight and allow for late check ins.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arriving, I knew I made the wrong decision. The motel on the outside was rundown. Inside the building smelled like mold and cigarettes. Entering the room we saw water was on the floor. The blankets had cigarette holes on both beds and one set of sheets had stains and the other wet spots. The window did not shut properly and was easily accessible to the outside without much effort. Very uncomfortable feeling being a woman with a little girl with her. We instantly requested a new room. Second floor was booked. Got a new room with the same issues. The front desk was there this time to see for himself. He had room service replace the sheets and bedding. Not much improvement. The window was shattered and barely locked. TV had no remote. Refrigerator barely worked. We left the room at 630am. When checking out, I had to wake up the guy at the front desk. 😫

Lack of supplies and last minute rate hikes. For what I paid for I could’ve went somewhere better it’s poorly maintained and you can’t even ask for plastic utensils 🍴 or paper plates if needed. This establishment is just talking your money and it’s poorly managed. You’ll see people doing drugs on the property and police is always there.. don’t ever rent a room from them at all!!!

Nice place to sleep and very convenient and comfortable

Everything is so easy that front desk managers help me in check-in. Room conditions were nice and clean. Everything is nearby. Definitely recommended this place.
