Amazing staff!

This place was disgusting.I asked for no smoking .I guess the whole pla e is smoking cause my room smelled gross ..as i was leaving customers were checking ou5 cause they saw a roach.also how do u not have soap in the batmrooms to was ur hands.never again!

One sheet had stains like it hadn't been changed sheets were supplied to us. Shower control valve was old and worn and had to read. Made it a little problem at first to set the water temperature. otherwise all was good

In the room the previous person's slacks were left on a hook in the bathroom. This was next to the dirty floor covered by a dirty towel. This is less than a bare bones Motel. Some of the bones are missing. On the plus side a courteous cleaner was cheerful in providing us an "extra" pillow. On a safety measure, we were not able to use the deadlock bolt because they bolt and the hole it was to go into did not match. I'm not negative but I won't go there again.

Disgusting place

Staff at desk are so nice and helpful! The hotel is basic, but clean, great AC, wifi, water pressure and hot hot water, and beds are comfy.

This place needs renovation

A rather nice hotel given its price and value.

Although I would say the room was decently clean. There was only a mattress cover on the bed, no fitted sheet. Visible stains as well as holes in the sheets. Toilet paper holder broken. Needs plenty of updating

Toilet made a loud noise every time you used it … shower was terrible … water got on the floor when you used it … towels were old and worn … soap was to small … no shampoo … ceiling was falling down and towel rack was taped together … small pillows and only two … bed was dirty … I used to stay at Motel 6 and it was a nice place to stay … this place was run down and needed a lot of work … there was a smell when you first worked into the lobby … would not recommend this motel to anyone … will not be staying in another one anytime soon

Our room was filled with live and dead cockroaches and left over toilet paper from previous guests, dead roaches on the chairs. No microwaves or mini fridge because they're all out back in a pile from what I'm guessing was an infestation. This place needs to be closed for a few days and treated for sure.

People work hard for their money, they then shouldn't have to spend $185.00 to stay with a bunch of unwanted guests that crawl on walls.

Terrible place, everything smelled so bad smoke

Loud guests. Sub-par service. Hard old beds/furniture. And the entire place WREAKS of marijuana!

Disgusting property. Key wouldn’t work for the first room. Once that was fixed and I was inside, the sheets were full of hair and had cigarette burns all over them. It was clear the room had not been cleaned prior. I requested a new room and the next one also had hair all over the sheets and they felt wet. Toilet in the bathroom made noise all night. Walls were so thin you could hear everything outside. Someone rattled my doorknob in the middle of the night. Overall incredibly unsafe and unhygienic. Couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

stinky, dingy, poor quality, depressing

There is a sign at check in that states, 'no refunds after 15 minutes of check in.' We found out why that is after we were in our room for an hour or so. Cockroaches! Disgusting! The room was dirty, smelly and the toilet and shower were damaged and dirty.

Black mold dirty toilet water leaking from ceiling have photos and videos contacted corporate going to be in touch with Expedia soon.

It’s a motel so i honestly didn’t expect much but what stood out to be really bad was i saw cigarette burns on the floor of the bathroom. Also the sheets somewhat had stains and towels looked worn out.
