Front desk clerk PORTIA, was wonderful. However, room smelled musty bathroon sink faucets, Didnt work at all.

Air vents on heater/cooler were filthy. There was a piece of a condom laying in the floor when I checked in

People above us must have been practicing for a dance contest.. they stomped all night.. had a problem, they took care of it pretty fast.. had a big gap in door and needs to be updated really bad.. will not stay there again.. we will take a tent and stay at Craighead forest park before i stay at this motel 6 again..

Check in person was friendly, as was check out person. Handprints on back of bathroom door. Toilet needs adjusting only gives half a flush, not a full one. Bed was comfortable. Asked for extra pillows and was given two. Pool was closed. Gutter drains, drain over some parking spots.

The smoke alarm was in the drawer of sode table with battery sitting next to it. Room had roaches, bathroom lightswitch plate filthy, rust, mold and mildew in bathroom as well. It also smelled like dirty feet. Door latch on room door broken. TV had multicolored lines on tv screen. Receptionist rude. Was it worth the good deal on price of room? No. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable.

First off the hotel definitely needs an update! The stairs have been repaired when they should have been replaced, the walkway on the second floor is leaning and cracked horribly. The second night we had gotten locked out of our rooms so my husband had to go get another key card. The rooms were not cleaned well at all! The showers had years of old stains in them along with hair! The sink was designed for a toddler! I’m 5’4 and it didn’t even come to my waist.

Purchased this for a friend for the night. The hotel charged me double for the room after I showed them my paid receipt from Expedia, which I will disputing the charges..$98.00 for Motel 6..? I believe they increased charges because of people in town for the eclipse. Total rip off. Will NOT contribute to ANY Motel 6 from here on out!!!

THE BAD: The bed is awful. There’s a deep and permanently sunken-in part of the mattress where people have sat on the bed. The TV is defective. No TV remote, and the one they gave me after I complained also didn’t work, and neither did the 2nd replacement. 3rd time the charm. Key cards stopped working twice for a 2-day stay. The WiFi password provided was wrong. Extremely loud neighbors (I think they live there). Nothing eco-friendly, complete with fluorescent lighting.
THE GOOD: $58/night. Bedding seemed clean.

The people in the net room were smoking marijuana and the smoke was coming through the adjoining door that had been blocked off. There was a drug deal happening outside our room. We found blood on the sheets on the bed.Went to the office and had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came in to address our problems. The staff did offer a different room but by that time we were done!! They did offer to refund our money but it would have to be done by hotels com.

Very tired property. Uneven steps, layers upon layers of paint (obvious because they were so poorly applied). Towel rack fell off with weight of a single towel, shower curtain filthy and ripped, shower head just sprays hard mist (one pressure only). No shampoo, no coffee maker (but has microwave and fridge?!?)
