Card reader not working so staff had to let us ib room with key. That wasnt the oroblem we had t I wait at kwast 30min. to check in.

When it was time to check in the lady in the front office ask me to wait until the next worker who was going to replace her was there ...very disappointed we were extremely tired we no time and energy to wait..

Door did not seemed secure and ac unit was falling off wall. They didn't give extra pillows. Will not visit again.

No fridge, the AC felt like it was also a humidifier

Good customer service and great experience

First off it looked clean inside the room but thats when i noticed after laying in the bed i was getting bit and red patches the size of a baseball i am allergic to bed bugs so maybe thats why but when i had ripped off all the sheet and blankets there was black holes in the mattress and bed bugs and even cockroaches Inside and outside its very dirty and not up to date and when i asked what they were going to do about it they shrugged it off as no big deal and checked me out the only nice staff there i forgot to get her name but helped me with a refund and was super sweet she needs a raise

The property does a good job efficiently and friendly. Expedia however seems to need some extra money from people so use there service its only 30 to 40 extra per night

Expedia has Increased the nightly rate by $40 per night. And we love to pay expedia since they are the ones who care.

Ladies at reception for check in and check out were very polite and friendly. Housekeeping lady was also very polite. We had reserved 2 rooms and I had made the mistake of booking one room with only one bed when supposed to be 2 beds and was corrected immediately, which was greatly appreciated. All rooms are supposed to be “non-smoking” and when walking in to 2nd bedroom, all it smelled like was cigarettes and again, receptionists apologized and changed rooms for that one too. Overall, experience was not great though, it was extremely loud, not only from street traffic, so definitely wouldn’t recommend having a room in front near office, but also from other guests who were either arguing right out the door or people speaking very loud in a phone call in the middle of the night. Nothing was sound proof and was difficult to fall asleep. When getting ready for bed, in one of the bedrooms, there were cockroaches. Overall, I would not recommend.

Very disappointed due to the bugs that showed up at night!! Pest control needed ASAP! Stay was in a room facing the parking lot and highway. Extremely noisy with the traffic sounds and guests downstairs talking on the phone outside of their room and directly below ours!

The young lady that helped me check in and out on the date of my visit, was very kind.

Old AC.. No refrigerator.. all rooms done remodeled and looked nice.. some people disrespect at late night

Can’t complain solid stay, next to freeway , stores and restaurants, only needed a place to rest before heading down to LA , beds were ok , everything worked well, service at front desk was super friendly and nice.

Parking was a bit tight

While some upgrades were appreciated it was poorly done so looked dirty. The beds were hard and saw a cockroach

The air conditioner in room 225 was barely working. Called the front desk and was told to keep them updated. Overall a decent stay but the A/C needs some work.

Well the saying " U get what u pay for".. I sure did. Bed had a big "dip" in the middle of the mattress, saw some cockroaches in the room, shower had "hair" stuck on the wall, nightstands on both sides of bed were dirty. I can't expect 5 star accomodations in a 2 star motel. Check in/ check out staff were nice. Probably won't come back.

The staff here are friendly, helpfull and fast paced. Don't smoke in non-smoking rooms

No hot water and super low water pressure. I was by the stairs, so ALL the noise of ppl houng up and down was uncomfortable. And i audibly heard ppl harassing my doordasher. If I hadn't opened the door the probably would've taken my food.

You get what you pay for: Pros: + Entire property lit up like daylight with LED lights. Car felt safe even though no parking space available nearby room. + AC strong + bed clean and comfortable + modern tv + good WiFi + friendly staff at reception area + swimming pool (didn’t use) Cons: - Bright lights and light leak around curtains making it hard to sleep - Cockroaches found in bathroom. Gross! I got rid of them and too tired to complain. - Paper thin walls. Could hear every word and TV from neighbors that were loud and slamming doors - Horrible chemical cleaner smell in room. - Horrible poo smell outside of entire property (not within control of property) - Shady looking clientele smelling of booze and other things. Guy working on car in parking lot at 9:30 pm. There was more I don’t care to mention. - Dirty looking bathroom floor
