There was cockroaches crawling on the walls. Tv didn’t work and staff blamed me for my room key not working instead of just saying I’m sorry let me fix it she said you must of put the key by your phone which did not happen. Phone was in my purse and keycard stayed in my hand.

Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years. With a scam to boot. The manager insisted on charging more money for an extra person despite booking a room with 2 beds. When we argued, he switched us from room 122 to room 121 - and 121 of course had a leak that flooded the bathroom overnight. Bugs on the floor. It was just awful.

I had a very nice stay here in Tucumcari. The room was nice and clean. The owner/manager is also very friendly and personable. I look forward to returning the next time I am in town!

Beds were like sleeping on the box spring. Ac was dirty didnt cool room also cause the bed was set upbright next to bed.so it blocked the air flow. Bed smelled like they been peed on.

Not as advertised. The property seemed reasonably clean and well kept personnel. Sitting at the front desk was very nice and very congenial.
The property on your website advertised a pool. There was a pool but it was closed and they were not going to open it back up so it was still covered! I did try to cancel however he was unable to cancel at the front desk. I tried to cancel it on your website. Unable to do that there either. Not impressed with your advertising of that property!

The sheets were dirty an stained floors were so dirty my socks were black I've tried to add pictures but it wont let me I would not recommend this place management needs to step up an do there job.plus laundy machines were out of order they need to post this on website One positive note management did refund but had to go in the next morning to do that .The lady working the night desk was very friendly an helpful .

Dirty property. Cigarette butts everywhere. Garbage on the lawn in the pet area. Garbage cans were so nasty, it was difficult to throw trash away.

The wifi was great. The floor was dirty. there were dirty show prints in the bathroom. The tile in the shower was dingy and some of it was broken. the faucet in the bathroom was loose and there was no counter space at all in the bathroom.

I’ve worked a front desk clerk hotel job before and I know how all of these reviews work. It was a good day though. I’m probably gonna stay there again tonight until my apartment is ready.

It was cheap. The sheets were clean. Shower was dirty. I wiped the floor with bar soap and you can see the dirt on the wash cloth. General condition is poor. Crack in floor, chunks missing on floor. Bed is the cheapest box spring made. Check in was awsome.

One of the poorest Motel 6 locations you’ll ever see. No updates conducted for years. No Pool access. Grass unkept around the pool area. Vehicle up on blocks in parking lot area. Very nice Motel Clerk at the front desk.

The lady at the front desk was great, very helpful and courteous. Our room was quite clean with a nice large bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The grounds of the property need much attention. They were grown up and neglected. For the price, the room was nice, and it's a shame that the exterior of the property is not cared for well.

The property is so run down and in disrepair it is very uncomfortable to be there.
There are almost no amenities, just a bar of soap in the restroom. No extra towels to be had. The sheets slide right off of the very uncomfortable beds and the mattresses are extremely stained.
I have stayed at Motel 6 in other areas and do not recommend this location.
