Nice people. Dated, but well kept site. Room was clean, serviced every day with new towels and amenities. Carpet a bit old, but well kept. Good heat and air. Room smelled fresh. A very nice and reasonable stay for our visit to death valley.

While visiting Pahrump Nevada as my center point for hiking Mt. Charleston Nevada or Death Valley, CA, Saddle West Hotel is my go to hotel primarily because of the most welcoming and professional staff such as MICHELLE and CAROLINE at the front desk, ELENA in house keeping and HOLLY the waitress in the buffet. These individuals including most of the staff I've interacted with make you feel like extended family. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. Parking is most sufficient and the price for a delectable breakfast, lunch or dinner is most affordable.

Check in was ok took a little time and the lady was pleasant, lesson learned she asked if I had a preference on buildings and that’s where the stay went downhill and maybe I’m just being a Karen but she put us in building D right next door to one of the only occupied rooms in the whole facility…I walked by hundreds of empty rooms only to find my room next to an occupied room and low and behold a couple hours later we had a neighbor upstairs… I understand trying to group rooms to ease housekeeping but at least but a room between us. Our TV intermittently shut off and unfortunately maintenance could resolve the issue. Luckily we were so tired the neighbors TV didn’t keep us awake. The rooms are very large and clean. Beds are a little lumpy but bedding was clean. Two older raggy towels for us to use. I think I’d try the Nugget to compare. Definitely saved us a few hundred bucks from heading into Vegas. Very convenient if you are doing the Bronco Off Roadeo.

Room was very clean. The casino was very smoky, but that’s to be expected and it’s a good thing. I don’t gamble. The only issue I have is the check in. Our rooms were ready an hour before check-in and they would not release them until it was check in time. Another hotels they’ll release them, so we can get in after our long journey. I understand if the rooms weren’t ready, but when we were walking around the property, the housekeeping asked us which room we were looking for. We told her and she said those two rooms were ready. Also, there were no blankets or sheets for the pullout couch and when I asked for them, they said I had to come to the front office and they only provided a sheet. Other than that , the property was clean. Everyone was friendly.

My stay here at Saddle West Hotel is always most comforting. It's people such as front desk clerk MICHELLE who makes this particular hotel desirable. And lets not forget the delicious buffet.

No answer at the front desk at 6pm and again at 7pm. The room was clean with great hot water and grrat A/C. Had a few ants in the bathroom building D room 223.

It was really nice. staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice as well.

Extremely outdated and worn. Staff is definitely putting effort into trying to make rooms nice, but they really need updating. Grounds are very well maintained. Safety was somewhat a concern as locks are old school. No bedbugs!

The rooms have bed bugs. I advised front desk and they did not seem to care nor try to remediate the situation.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Compared to the 1st time, it was dissapointing. The Front Desk Clerk wasnt very friendly. My room was not in the same condition as my last room. The room was clean, but needed some basic updating. I just didnt get The Welcome Feel! I do love the grassy area there. The ice machine was out of service, so that was inconvenient. It wasnt in service on my 1st stay either. Thats a important perk for me. I would stay there again.

My wife and I have consistently stayed at the Saddle West Hotel located in beautiful Pahrump, Nevada for the past year. I've been staying here for almost 2 consecutive years before heading out to the trails at Mt. Charleston. This hotel is most affordable, comfortable and the buffets are delicious with a delightful variety of foods and the cafe menu alone has a wide variety of delicious well proportional entrées for a wallet with limited funds. The $10 breakfasts cannot be beat. The Belgium Waffles with Crispy Bacon is simply delectable. I'd like to commend house keeper Ms. Gee-Gee who during our stay went above and beyond her position to provide us with professional service.

Came in a little early at 2:00 pm. The girl at check in said she couldn't do anything until 3:00 (official check in). Came back at 3:00 and check in was closed for lunch break. Seriously need to fix that.

The room was big. It was very clean, and all of the staff was friendly. It was nice to look out the window, and see green grass. I will definitely stay here next time I come. The only thing I had a problem with was finding ice! The machine by our room wasnt working, and I couldnt find another ice machine! Otherwise I would highly reccommend this Hotel!

This would be a nice Hotel with a renovation it’s very old rooms stink of dirty carpet bed needs a new mattress no refrigerator or microwave plug didn’t work next to the bed. Ice machine broken near our room. Dead rat on the lawn which we reported and wasn’t removed besides those things it was ok

We paid $53.62 for our room and $253.62 was taken out of my account. Couldn’t sleep comfortably because the beds were horrible would never recommend

We travel a lot for business and sometimes this is our only option but I would never recommend this hole in the wall
