We have been staying here for a weekend in October the last 12 yrs. Always a nice fall getaway

A great location

It’s a great place To stay! However every thing is far away like restaurants and any food.

Everything was great. Nice size room. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and only had one night.

We enjoyed our stay at Vacation Villa and the condo was extremely spacious and comfortable. The only complaint is the very soft bed. Upon check- in we were told we were 15 minutes early and had to stand in another line to wait to get a different room that would be ready at 3:45. Since we are gold members of hotel.com we always ask for a room upgrade and the manager seemed annoyed that we even asked for a room upgrade as well as arriving 15 minutes early and the greeting from all of the receptions employees were not friendly but we felt rather that they were annoyed that we asked questions. The facility itself is wonderful but I feel they need to work on there customer service attitude. Check in at the reception desk took about 20 minutes and there was only one couple in front of us although there were five agents at the check-in desk. I think check in should be a little quicker than that. Our room was extremely comfortable and it was clean but there was no shampoo or conditioner just soap in the bathroom. The facility had a beautiful pool indoors and Outdoors with hot tub and we would stay again.

Nice place. Pleasantly surprised how big the suite was. The whole place was very clean from the suite itself, the huge indoor pool and hot tub. The clerk that checked us in was very knowledgeable of the area and just a pleasant person. She is an older lady, I forget her name but she is a definite asset to this property! On the down side the path to the main office was not well lit but we used our flashlights. Also there isn't restaurants on site or groceries available. We had to travel 25 minutes to get a bite to eat.
