The bathroom was a little dirty, but we were able to change rooms because our original room didn’t have AC working. Staff were great!

Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there.
So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and we complained again.
Finally, after about 1.5 hours from check in, we got to our final room. AC was there, but it was very loud. The manager told us, that he will bring our new room card to our new room, but he didn't, we had to go get it ourselves.
We purchased package with free breakfast, but the staff told us at check out, that we need to pay for it. I had to show them the reservation to make them believe me.
Very unprofessional hotel, if you want to have peaceful stay at Eindhoven, definitely choose another hotel.

Poor level of cleanliness in bedrooms. Faulty electrics - hair dryer blew up in my hand when trying to dry hair. Damaged bulb in lamp gave electric shock to staff who tried to fix it. No house keeping so beds not made or fresh towels etc.

The only reason they did not get any higher ratings, is simply because the breakfast. Half of it was empty 1,5 hours before they closed. And what was left was lukewarm and dry. So when I asked for a refill they actually tried to, but it seems like they only have one oven (what they said) because they said 15 min for the eggs and AFTER the bread can be heated up. And then the pan cakes. So all in all, absolutely not worth paying even 2 euro for the breakfast. I went out and got some breakfast afterwards.

The location of the hotel is very, very good, near the central zone.
The cleaning isn't good, the hygiene conditions leave much to be desired, the rooms are not well insulated from each other, the furniture in the room is dirty and damaged.

Helpful reception staff upon arriving at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Although central and near the thriving student area of Eindhoven, no noise could be hard from the room.

This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location, just a very short walk to the bars & clubs that Eindhoven offers. The reception staff were also absolutely top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Safe and clean hotel, walking distance from Eindhoven Central station, shops, restaurants and bar. The room needs upgrading, the bathroom was a bit dated. Overall it was okay for two nights.

The staffs were so kind. But the room was not clean. It had some stains on a mirror of the bathroom. I asked if we could change the room, they gave us another room right away. They offered us free coffee because they felt sorry.

Being caught up in the public transport cancellations caused by Storm Eunice I got stuck in Eindhoven and had to book accommodation last minute. This hotel was the best option I could find. Walking distance from the station. The room is comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

I've been in this hotel, already, few years ago and the room was better than this time.
I was so tired (woke up at 4am to come to Netherland) that I hadn't the force to ask to change the room, due to the mattress to softy and the puddle.of water found in the toilet.
At the end I spent just one night.

Nice hotel 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Eindhoven. Room was a little warm for me, but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Ideal for a long weekend away.

very high price for a shabby room.Location is quite ok and directly in the city center.Enough parking in front of the hotel.€230,- for 1 night in a hotel like this is NOT DONE.When i opened the bed, i found long red hairs in the bed.When i pulled away the sheet of the pillow, it was completely yellow from sweaty former guests.Also the room was only 14m2. for a price of €230,- you expect to receive some quality, unfortunately this was eveything but comfortable.The lady at the reception was more than helpfull and understanding, unfortunately there was no internal solution.She did want to check for another hotel but i declined this and decided to drive back home at 01:00 in the morning, where i now arrived at 03:00.before leaving, she asked me if i wanted to give the hotel a second chance next time I am in Eindhoven. I will think about it but with this many hotels in the city, there is a small chance that I will return.this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I had.

I would have rated this place higher but despite being a non-smoking hotel I was troubled by tobacco smoke from another guest which I complained about twice and wasn’t resolved.

The location is the best feature of the hotel, and it is scrupulously clean. The staff are mixed - some really nice (I found out the nicest one was actually the front house manager) some really not nice, not interested and rude. This kind of spoiled my impression of the hotel, and I gave them plenty of opportunities to impress me.

I stayed only one night, in a single room, facing the street in front. Felt like I was at Fawlty Towers in the 70's. VERY basic even for a 3 star hotel. Even though I put the heating on max, I felt cold throughout the night, because of the old and poorly isolated huge window. Odd toilet.

Good location, central, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Let down by the rooms. The bathrooms are rather cramped, with no shelves or hooks to hang things or store toiletries, etc. The mattresses were super soft and worn, and the rooms were generally looking a bit outdated. Nothing bad, and I enjoyed my visit to Eindhoven, but I couldn't really recommend the Sandton for anything other than its convenient location.
