Overall we had a good experience. Spa was crowded, too many people and reduced space. The outdoor pool had stones in the ground, not a pleasant experience in your feet. The smell of the water was to strong. No appointments available for treatments. The room had breathtaking views, nice sun chairs. Very clean and renovated bathroom, confortable bed. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the outlets, light was off every time the TV or a phone charger was plugged, we had to unplug the TV and not charging our phones because the solution that they proposed was moving us to a lower bedroom. I was disappointed that they did not offer nothing complimentary for the inconvenience, not even covering for the cost of the room service (10 CHF). The breakfast was not home made, just pre fabricated stuff and low quality for what Switzerland can offer. The parking was full, it was hard to find a nice spot. The restaurant looks dated, but maybe they offer good food, we didn’t try it because we did not go with the vibes of the place. Below our room, we had a room with a jacuzzi, a loud naked couple made our night quite interesting. Thanks to the staff for coming 3 times to our room to put up the lights, they were very helpful.

The staff was accommodating. My husband and I could relax in the pool area. After the pool, we were pleased to have a delicious meal at their restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy a massage that would be the cherry on the top. Lovely place, we like it.

My Husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and we had the best time! From the views, the amenities, the location and staff, all were amazing! Very accommodating and the sun rise is to die for! Thanks Priya and Kieran

Our stay was really peaceful and overall great. The views are amazing. The spa area smells like chlorine tho, especially in hammam area. Also tiles in different spa areas are missing. The staff is nice and attentive. It’s high up on the mountain but we risked to drive. Parking is easy. Bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it’s easily accessible if you decide not to rent a car. Dinner is expensive for the portion. Enjoy your stay as we did.

This is a beautiful, super clean and well-maintained hotel. Has everything one needs. The views from the balcony were spectacular. One could stay there without wanting to do anything else. My husband and I absolutely loved it. We stayed for 2 nights but want to go back for more.

Beautiful views and the Spa area is very nice with a warm pool, hot sauna etc Unfortunately I paid an extra €60 for a lake view and a nice queen bed being guranteed it was one mattress . After having dinner found out it was two single beds which I find very uncomfortable. Alsonat 5am was woken up with a fire alarm then agaim 15mins later all told it was a false alarm Problem was the receptionist could not fix the issues of the extra I paid and nothing could be done with the manager being on site ? Hopefully they can do the right thing as that really spoilt my one night stay

Everything fine - especially the magnificent view, the Spa and the variety at the breakfast buffet with friendly staff. Small minus points: 1) The offered "Welcome Drink" has been ridiculous - a tiny glass with flavoured water. Suggestion - if you serve something like that better do not offer anything. 2) Spa could open an hour earlier (at 7 am instead of 8 am).

Beautiful Property at the top of a mountain so stellar views!!

Really nice hotel, far from Lugano up in the hills with great views. Downside was Pool not very clean, lose tiles in the pool. Other than that, overall a great stay.

The hotel was an amazing experience. The spa was great and the view from the lake suite was breath taking. The people were very accommodating. Keep in mind, that the prices are high and that breakfast is not always included.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! Lovely clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious, large choice so something for everyone. Reception staff were very kind, and chatty, they even loaned us a plug adapter. The evening meal in the bistro was 5star!

the hotel far exceeded our expectations in every way but especially with the incredible spa!

The Service was wonderful and the staff all friendly and helpful. The total was very clean, all areas were very well maintained. The only aspect I would critique is the Sauna areas of the spa mandating 'nudity' i.e no swimming costumes to be work in the Saunas.

I had an amazing stay at the spa! The service was top notch, the food was delicious, the environment was perfect. The spa and pools were so beautiful and relaxing. What could be better than a view overlooking the alps! I highly recommend this amazing place.

Great views

Beautiful place even if the view is taken away by the november fog: a perfect mix of good-old-world feeling and modern facilities. In addition to that the service is not only professional and efficient, but has a very welcoming warm and friendly touch. Access is a bit more complicated than I had expected, particularly at the beginning and the end of the day when traffic in the area is heavy. But once you are there it is easy to forget that!

A great place for relaxing.

This place is phenomenal. Loved loved loved the spa pools. Also, so glad I upgraded my room to one with a balcony facing the water. Such a gorgeous view to wake up to. Spent a lot of time on my balcony as a result.

Unbeatable views from the room, the restaurant and outdoor pool. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Very good customer service. Excellent breakfast. Only drawback is dinner is too expensive and there are few restaurants close by.

We loved the spa facilities and large rooms. The food was good, the staff was accommodating-even giving us free bus passes, a welcome glass of prosecco and a discount off the treatments. The spa was beautiful. There was a grotto area with a salt water pool and a large pool with various stations both inside and outside. spacious suanas, cold pools and rain showers. We went to the store around the corner and also had a picnic on their beautiful balconies. The only thing they were missing was coffee in the rooms.
