Dirty room had bad oder towels smelled awful. Service was just so bad. DONT EVER STAY THERE

Door didn't lock...and tv came up missing after I left room and now they are trying to press charges on me. Saying they don't have cameras facing room to see

The check in lady was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. However the air conditioner in the room was not good. Room didnt cool off much so it was uncomfortable sleeping

Good hotel if you're traveling for work, room was very spacious. Microwave was very old and didn't heat food as it should. Front desk clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Room was not cleaned one day due to mix up with management and housekeeping. Overall I would come back and stay here again.

Memorial weekend trip on a budget.The location is convenient to visit the beach which is why we was there. Pool wasn't working but I was okay with that. The staff are really friendly and you can tell they do their best to make you feel comfortable and secure. No frills hotel but I think the staff made this place worth while. Just a momma trying to make lasting memories with her 3 teenagers. They would love any room as long as I don't make them camp on the beach.We explored the area by Geocaching. One right around the block! You can see the hotel in the background of the picture.

Vinay was helpful with a pet question during the reservation process. The breakfast was super basic “no frills” coffee, HEB Hill Country frozen waffles, a loaf of white bread and cereal. WALKED INTO ROOM AND THE AIR WAS NOT ON AND IT TOOK OVER 3 HOURS FOR THE ROOM TO COOL DOWN.

I can start by saying I stay at a lot of 2 star motels due to having to travel for work. I'm usually pretty forgiving when it comes to condition and cleanliness of these kinds of properties. One gets what they pay for, right? Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room spacious with a desk The big issue is roaches, the room I was in and most likely all the rooms are infested They were in the nightstand and could see them out in the open The morning after my stay two of them crawled out of my luggage, I don't even want to take my suitcase into my home without disinfecting the entire piece. It was a truly nauseating experience. STAY AWAY! Spend the extra few dollars and get a nicer place Thanks for reading

I had set up a reservation a few hours before I arrived at the hotel. Once I got there the guy in the front is rude telling me that there’s no reservation under my name I show him my reservation email and still doesn’t help at all. He tells me well I haven’t received anything so I can’t boom you a room. I just left I had to go a find a different Hotel it took me about an hour and 45 minutes to te settled in. I was tired, hungry and it just made it worse I’m out. Of town working long hours so I was hoping for a great experience. I’m not sure who’s fault was it Expedia or The Hotel???

We had to leave snd make reservations elsewhere. The room was very unclean snd unsafe. The smoke alarm was in operable not even mounted in room and laying on a shelf on room. Roaches in bathroom area electrical plugs broken filthy conditions made it impossible for us to stay.We are requesting a full refund

The nice hotels in town were sold out, so we opted to stay here. The manager told us the room was non smoking, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. We went and bought febreeze and it helped some, but when we got in the car the next day, the smell had permeated the suitcase and made our car stink also. The walls were thin enough that we heard the person next door snoring all night......over the sound of his TV. The bathroom had hair all over the place.... bathtub, floors, and shower curtain. The towels were the roughest I have ever dried off with. Needless to say, we didn't try the breakfast.

Staff was pleasant at check in. Room was missing the door knob on the bathroom door. Mildew on the ceiling in the shower. Shady characters hanging out on the property at all hours of the day and night. Worth the price for a work trip.

Lots of shady "activity" going on in and around(parking lot) the motel from both guest AND visitors. Rooms need updating,dirty carpets and furniture.

Stayed 2 nights while hunting in the area, the bed was nice sheets and bedding clean, nice hot shower, carpet a bit worn and need vacuumed, if they would taken a few minutes nad do some serious wiping and cleaning would be nice. I realize for $42.00 per night it was no $120.00 per night 4 star hotel. Would stay their again, doubt that my wife would...

We stayed cause we had already booked 3 nights needs a lot of updating. Unclean smell bought Lysol to spray entire room & room freshener. Bathroom fixture were not properly fixed had to screw back in shower faucet to shower, red nail polish I believe & hope all on bathroom wall. Would not stay ever again.

From the first moment I arrived on the property I knew it was a mistake! went to check in and some young guy was hitting on the night person and was telling her where his room was if she got bored. He went outside when I started checking in and after I was done, I found him standing at my vehicle asking my other half if we had any drugs and letting us know that he lives there in one of the rooms. He wanted to know if we wanted to hang out. IT WAS MIDNIGHT ! The room was very dirty and you could see daylight coming thru the door. The room had a foul smell of chemicals and the stove looked like it needed to be just thrown out. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY!

If you are looking for a place that puts piece of chocolate on your pillow - this is not the place. However, if you are looking for a decent place to rest in Bay City - without spending a hundred dollars or more - Knight's Inn is it. The rooms are larger than average, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. We also had a refrigerator and microwave in room. So, unless you are on your honeymoon or looking for something especially romantic, this is a good place to stay.
