First room we got was not clean at all. Garbage everywhere beds where not made.2nd room was a Little better. It’s still a dump.No garbage cans,Air conditioner or heater.Worst place We have stayed.We had to stay he would not refund our money.

Property was in rough shape. The room was okay, but the floors were dirty, the bed creaked a lot from very little movement, the TV didn't work, the WiFi was unusably slow, and the doorframe was severely damaged (looked like someone had tried to break in). The room had no A/C, but was cool enough to sleep. The people around the motel looked unsavory. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, but my wife was not happy with the room as a choice for accomodations. I would likely not come back.

This place was really great for the price. King size bed, fairly large room, and cheaper than other places around. Hotel host/manager was very nice.

We can tolerate most conditions in a motel/Hotel booked through Hotel.com. How ever, the shower was lukewarm unacceptable!!

The property is amazing!

It was in a easy to access the entire city area (yes right next to the Main Street) but for what I paid I kinda got what I paid for… there was splatters of what I believe was blood or something red on my comforter which yes grossed me out (but I wasn’t planning on using it anyways) I brought my own blankets and pillows for my own comfort! But that had me a little grossed out but to be honest I just took it all off and used what I had cause after driving hours and the tiredness that was over me I did not feel like calling and complaining. I was booked for 2 nights and ended up leaving next next night at 10. As well as there was no where stated that the AC would not work nor did it was it would work I know some places it will mention AC in which that was my own fault for not reading the fine print.

Absolutely disgusting. A little worse than a “you get what you pay for” option-since one night still cost me $171. Not many hotels accept dogs in Newport & with a last minute decision to stay overnight, we ended up here with most places being booked. Reviews are misleading because this place was not it- not even decent. First things first, room smelled AWFUL. Maybe a smokers room?? But it smelled of something else- like a strong stench of something foul. Everything from the table, bedside table to the dresser and the headboards- covered in dust. Bedside table had a large dried up grape (YUM!) bathroom counter had various hairs on it, sink was filthy and looked like there were toothpaste stains all over the faucet, shower had hairs and was not well maintained because it was just gross looking. Not sure if it was mold on the cracked ceiling with peeling plaster on the ceiling above the shower, but pretty certain it was! Headboard had what looked like snot. Walls were even filthy. Like come on! We refused to stay and asked for a refund. The lady at the counter wasn’t rude or anything but it almost seemed like she didn’t believe me. I was also bothered that where was nothing she could give me to reassure me that I would actually be getting a refund. Just a “you’ll get an email about it in 24-48hrs” still waiting on said email. Let’s hope i get my money back. We ended up splurging on a switch over to the Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites. Talk about an upgrade. That place was a 10/10.

Damp and musty room. Ceiling over shower sagging badly as bathroom fan is broken. Stained pinkish shower curtain. Cracked lampshade. Cracked window. Peeling paint around sink. Old and stained bathroom floor. Ticketed headboard. Check in and check out went just fine. But this property should not have a ‘Good’ rating on Expedia.

It was fine for a budget hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. It is right on Hwy 101, so there are traffic noises all night. Also, the curtain in our room didn't adequately keep out the light for those of us who need darkness to sleep.

Hello, I was a guest at your hotel on Thursday July 18th. I checked in around 630 PM . Went to the room for a quick minute then left to get some things from the store.returned around 830. Went back into the room and took a quick nap. Around 810 I woke up and went to use the bathroom. I was grossed out .. the toilet had dried splattered feces in the bowl. So disgusting.. I then checked the rest of the room. There was food on the floors.. peanuts paper etc.. the sink had not been cleaned, there is dried coffee in the coffee pot. The microwave is cover in greasy fingerprints. The whole room is quite disgusting.  I went to tell the feont desk. He immediately walked if I wanted a refund and check out.. well thats great but its now 830 PM and almost all the Hotels in the area arw full. He said yiu should have told me sooner. We'll I didn't realize earlier it wasn't cleaned. . He offered no apology. I guess it was my fault.. I know its not a 5 star hotel but I expect it to be clean. I'm afraid my pillow cases haven't been changed either. I told him that and he didn't offer to give me clean ones!!!!. So disappointed in the whole experience. He could have comped me the room or a partial refund .. gave me clean pillow cases or even came over and cleaned up the room real quick. Where is customer service??? Mark room 108

There was blood on the bathroom floor, wall and hand towel. By the time we used the bathroom it was night time and dark, I thought maybe it was just red paint but in the morning upon close inspection it was blood splatter (pictures if needed). We left before the desk opens at 10am and I was sticking around just to hear excuses. It was super gross!! Paid way too much and now I’m worried I got hepatitis from that stay

The motel is fine for a one-night stay. The walls are thin and it’s located on a fairly busy road, but also near a grocery store and other convenient businesses. The room seemed clean enough and amenities include a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a small drip coffee-maker that worked for cup noodles. Our room didn’t have towels at first, but when we called reception someone brought them for us. Unfortunately there was also only one hanger in the room.

The room was dirty, no one swept and the no toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed had dirty sheets had hair the sheets and spots. The coffee pot was dirty I found a hair in it. The manager was nice and when she came in to bring me sheets she did see and agreed it was dirty. They reimbursed me 1 night stay.

Nice front desk and helpful. Property run down and old. Did not expect much for the price. Large room with nice king bed.

It was good! you get what you pay for. I was just looking for a place in town to lay my head down. And to shower and it served its purpose. Staff was friendly. Room was clean ( could have been cleaner, IMO but i also was a houskeeper 10+ years so i nit pick) it could use come cosmetic updates. But all in all it was exactly what i was expecting.

Property drive way entrance can easily cause accidents. Room did not have AC.

The man working in the office was very nice and welcoming, the rooms were nothing special just a place to sleep really, we were in the last room farthest away from the office so didn’t get wi-fi the whole stay which whatever we survived, the rooms could use a little more cleaning and care, the downstairs neighbor/guest was dealing drugs throughout the night which I don’t blame the motel for just an observation. Overall the stay wasn’t bad I’ve stayed at worse places hotels/motels and peoples houses. If you are going to stay here just lock you car, lock your room, and as I always do sleep with a weapon close at hand, I prefer a sig 9mm with hollow points but whatever your pleasure.

Forgot how important A/C is when it's hot out. Not there fault they don't have A/C. Otherwise not bad.

So awful that we left within 10 minutes of arriving. I think the housekeeping only replaced the towels and pulled up the bedding to make it look like they cleaned it, but I think the sheets hadn't been changed. There were actually blood spatters on the bathroom floor (???) and the sink was so rusty that looked like it was about to fall through the vanity.

Even tho it was in the 60s outside the room felt quite hot and hard to sleep in. Quiet enough overall. Good amount of smokers on the property. Not terrible but i dont think id consider staying here again. I mean...probably my first stay in a 1 star hotel. Probably also will be my only. Guy who worked there was very nice and friendly.

It was fine. The bathroom wasn’t bad but there was no soap at all, the whole place was generally clean enough to handle but not the best. Beds/sheets were fine though. The mini fridge leaked water and wasn’t really cold. They did move us to a 2 queen room instead of our 1 queen for free though, since our original room wasn’t ready at check in, which was nice. It was right on the highway and definitely pretty loud.

Front desk staff was very nice. Hotel is on main road and therefore very loud. Door didn’t look properly and had no dead bolt. Also window couldn’t be looked. It felt very unsafe.

Only slept 3 hours. Guests downstairs were obnoxious and ambulance came really late at night. No air conditioning in our room or even a fan. Whole place was really beat up. Needed a place to stay as we were having to be up early for a fishing trip and it was terrible. Constant drip from somewhere inside the walls all night and you can hear the voices and tv of others next door. The cost of staying somewhere on the coast or anywhere for that matter has risen steeply, but the cost to stay here is not remotely justified. I wish we just slept in the car.

No airconditioner. Noisy.dirty tower.

The staff was all very kind. The room was cleaned well enough. I think if they got rid of the carpet and put hard floors in the petfriendly rooms my rating would go up. The room smelled so badly of urine I went and bought a pet odor candle and a small room fan. If you place the candle behind the fan it blows good smells about. I did not let anything touch the floor. (Including my dogs.) I've also never stayed at a hotel that uses regular key locks.

Completely rundown and sheets/ towels were stained. Coffee maker was unclean. Bathroom was nasty, sink all corroded out. Not at all what we expected. Would have left if it wasnt later when we checked in.

It was a quiet place to spend a night

Looks ordinary from the street but inside has everything you need fridge microwave coffee machine cable. Not every channel but every place going have different options. Also west facing window receive afternoon sun

Room was good except for noisy uncomfortable bed. Bring your own pillow if you want comfortable one.

Clean, friendly staff. Affordable, rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and how’s everything you need. We will definitely stay there again.

No coffee in room or office.
